This space had a sports bar feel, with 4-5 huge TVs playing sports- mostly women's soccer and the All-Star baseball game. Plus overhead music. So it's a bit loud, but to be expected. Outdoor seating is a nice option, although it was 90 degrees last night so I stayed inside. Service was exceptional, my favorite part of the night. I was seated immediately and folks came by with menu, utensils, water refills, condiments, and several people just checking to make sure I was having a good time and had everything I needed. Really liked the vibe. People were chatting, happy, all very light and welcoming. I travel a ton for work and this hotel restaurant stands out in terms of service, quality of food, and atmosphere. It's not like a place to go on a date, but for a hotel restaurant/lounge this one scores.

I just worked out and called to ask about the dress code. No dress code, I'll be right there! I walked in and was greeted immediately and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and gave me time to decide without feeling rushed even as I changed my mind a couple times. I ordered the salmon and Mad Rose to drink. The drink has a lot going on and wasn't for me. It reminded me of a cinnamon orange tea, citrus and spicy. For dinner, I waffled on a couple fish dishes, but went with the salmon. It has a nice, crunchy glaze on it with some nice citrus flavors that weren't overbearing. I wasn't sure how the risotto would taste with the orange, but it worked. I was asked several times how I was doing and how my drinks and food were. Dining solo, I get ignored at times with subpar service. Not tonight access I appreciate that. I would recommend based on service and the dish I had. I will return to try more.

It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. Overall, this was a surprisingly strong delivery experience, and I would absolutely order from them again, or better yet, make it over to the restaurant itself next time I'm in the area.
