Lamb Chops Parmesan Cheese Crust, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Loaded Baked Potato no Bacon.
Carol G.

I come to this location often and it's normally pretty good. But today I tried the Lamb Parmesan Crusted and it was surprisingly delicious. Haven't tried them in a while and it did not disappoint. Was plenty full, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. My Sweetie had the Ribeye and he said that he really enjoyed it. The Bartender was cool but she didn't have a sense of urgency and service was a little slow. Our drinks were on point per usual and we'll definitely be back as always

Horrible experience with the service. Just to one story of tonight experience, I asked for a togo box and watched waiter bring out togo box's to give to another customer and completely ignore me and never give me a togo box. Never even talked to me again.

Long Horn has new parmesan crusted lamb chops for a limited time and I am HOOKED. I have been to this location a couple of times and the service has been spotty. One time I came and my food was super cold. The manager came over and they took the plates. I can tell it was just warmed up. Didn't really do anything for me and I would've liked my food fresh. I came back again and they didn't have three out of the four items I wanted. It wasn't at the end of the month and it wasn't at the end of the day. I saw the viral lamb chops and decided to go try them. I said to myself that if I didn't enjoy this experience, I wouldn't ever come back. This time, though?! My food was spectacular! The parmesan crusted lamb chops were amazing!! They were so delicious! They were tender and I couldn't stop eating them. The loaded mash did come out without the bacon and one of the appetizers didn't come out. It's always something but I'll be back for these chops VERY SOON. Please give them a try. Not this particular LH but those dang chops!

This was our first time at this location, and it was pleasant. Tanya P was our waitress, and she was pleasant and knowledgeable. We had ordered soft beverages and an appetizer when we arrived. Then we ordered our lunch. I had well done salmon and broccoli. My husband ordered The Longhorn steak with Caesar salad. My salmon had to be cooked well done, or I can't eat it. So, I had to send it back to make sure the texture of the fish was done correctly. But besides that, the food was seasoned well, and delicious. We had alot of food, so we took food home. We may visit again, if we're in the area.

A rainy Saturday afternoon. There was no wait. No crowd. The waitress had a not so friendly attitude. She brought out our wings immediately. They were hot - but no plate or bread. We waited so long for plates I had to ask the manager. She never cleaned plates off our table. I purposely and intentionally spend money in my own neighborhood and it's important to do so. The lobster and shrimp soup was watered down. But the 7 pepper sirloin steak salad was good. My grandkids enjoyed the burger and chicken tenders.

To go service is always horrible! The girl forgot HALF my order and the runner didn't want to be accountable for not checking the bag. Food so bland.

lol

Food look good huh.?looks dont add up to how ts taste its like seeing a woman from behind she's a 10 She turn around immediately 4 Them fries were undercooked if im not mistaken one was still cold as ice the ribs ahh man I had to put that in a food processor to eat the shit was nasty but I don't like wasting money . Then the phones don't work was supposed to get a text my food was ready had to walk in then wait an extra hour for my to go order. When I come back , I'm going to the kitchen myself to cook my own damn food . Have a great day

I've been here plenty of times, but I had to write a review for this one because the lamb chop with the Parmesan crust was superb! Lamb was cooked great and the Parmesan crust really added something special. I absolutely loved it and I would come back for it again. It was pretty busy that day, but they seated us quickly. Our waiter was really nice. Overall good experience.

Slow to go service. 9pm was the time for the order to be ready. After calling twice and getting placed on hold both times, I went inside where the chaos was magnified. Only one person at the to-check out. Customers were lined up waiting. My salad had grapes instead of strawberries and the grilled chicken was very overcooked. The ice cream for the dessert was melted from the hot entrees. Very bad experience!

Wait time was beyond ridiculous, service and food were pretty good! We came on a Friday night at 8pm. That was the first mistake. It was very very busy and crowded. We were told we had a 60 minute wait. 60 minutes turned into over 2 hours. We had family that had just came into town, so we chose to stay. The host seemed to be the busboy too. He was very friendly and was working hard to clear tables. This took a while. They also stopped accepting people in around 9pm. They appeared to be short staffed. We weren't seated until 10:30pm. Seeing as they closed at 11pm. Everything came out fast and fresh as they were trying to close up. We had two servers who were both great. I ordered onion petals and shrimp for the table. They both came out fresh and hot. We enjoyed them both. For my entrée, I had the chopped steak, salad, and baked potato. Everything was really good. They were working quickly to serve us. I also had a hennesy margarita. It was really good. The food and service were good. However, I would not suggest going on a Friday night.

You get a lot of food for the money, we tried the fried catfish plates, for sides we had candied yams, macaroni, collard greens, fried cabbage, and potato salad. We tried hush puppies and cornbread, and banana pudding for dessert. The fried catfish portion is generous and seasoned well, we had ours with tartar sauce and hot sauce. It was extremely fresh and piping hot. The sides were all great and I look forward to trying more, the collards and potato salad were our favorites! The banana pudding is sweet and they use some sort of cake type dessert instead of vanilla wafers, it's very good! Service is great, it was our first time and we were a little lost. They have a cashier and an ordering kiosk, plenty of room and nice tables to dine in which I appreciate. Staff was friendly! Can't wait to try more of their meals!

Talk about good southern BBQ, fair prices, good atmosphere, and EXTREMELY great customer service. Don't even worry about going up to get your food when they call your name, once they see you acknowledge them they bring it to you with a smile and they lay it all out for you. SUPERB. I had the Catfish Nuggets senior combo w/ Potato Salad and the Black Eyes Peas on rice. SO DARN GOOD! I tried my colleagues brisket and the flavor was smokey and delicious. The portions are more than fair, believe me you will probably end up taking stuff to-go unless you have an army of hungry folks with you. Thank you so much for the amazing Customer Service to the Ray's Southern Foods team. You absolutely delivered on all aspects and you earned my five star rating.

They were juicy, tender, and well seasoned and fresh. The staff is very friendly, and I've only dealt with them on the telephone because I'm unable to go in myself because of personal reasons, one of the times when I ordered via a delivery service, I misunderstood something on the menu. When I called about it, not right away, I talked to Rodney, one of the owners, and he was very kind, extended a courtesy with a replacement due to my lack of understanding. I like to support Black businesses and appreciate it when they are courteous, patient, friendly, and professional. But most of all when the product is a good one. If you want Some good ribs I recommend SCREENHOUSE BBQ. It's located in the plaza behind.BRUSTER's Ice Cream near the AMC THEATER complex on Mt. Zion Blvd.

Old school cooking and dining experience eating with the locals. I wasn't at all surprised that the biscuits were great but I was pleasantly surprised to find they are probably the best biscuits I've ever had. Piping hot, dense and flaky (which seems like a feat in itself), buttery and melted in my mouth. I wish I'd only had biscuits for my meal. LOL Everything else was great...grits and cheese, eggs, hash browns, hotcakes, sausage. But the biscuits were phenomenal.

As eating on a budget has become a topic of conversation, I was excited to see the "Cheap Eats" search work in real time. As Barbecue Kitchen provides a robust menu with great pricing, it was an easy decision to head on over for date night. Arriving at Barbecue Kitchen I was excited to see that they have their own parking lot. As Barbecue Kitchen sits right on the main road, it was super easy to find and parking was in abundance. Walking in, Barbecue Kitchen has a homely feel and the classic interior design of a down home barbecue spot. The staff greeted us with a smile and as we were dining in, they advised us to sit anywhere we would like. Once at our booth of choice, the waitress arrived and further greeted us. She flashed her smile, provided us menus and went over what the specials for the day were. I decided to do Sweet Tea for my drink along with the Rib Tips Dinner Plate with Sweet Potato Soufflé, Baked Beans, Dressing and Gravy, and Cornbread. The Sweet Tea was delivered and it was amazing. Home brewed. Sweetened to perfection. Perfect ice to tea ratio and a robust tea flavor profile. This was that good tea bag. lol. The food arrived without too long of a wait and everything looked like it was made true cookout style. Upon saying grace, it was time to eat! Rib Tips - Meaty. Tender. Bland flavor profile. The sauce brings the flavor. If you aren't a sauce eater, I suggest you stay away from this option as you must have the sauce to have any flavor. However, the meat was moist and smoked to perfection. Sweet Potato Souffle - Good portion. Lacked a robust flavor spotlight. The potato's natural flavor dominated the dish. If you love sweet potatoes, you will love this dish. If you desire the more sweet flavor profile, this isn't it. Baked Beans - Made with bacon. Hint of sweetness. Overall good. Dressing and Gravy - Good portion. No flavor. Dressing was bland. Gravy was bland. As a pair it was double bland. Cornbread - If you are a lover of hot water cornbread, this is for you as it spotlights the natural corn flavor with no added sweetness. Overall, the Barbecue Kitchen was a moderate experience. The service was amazing. The food was sub-par. The pricing is budget friendly.
