I brought my car into this shop expecting a professional repair, and I'm honestly frustrated with…read morethe outcome. The damage I originally came in for was not properly fixed, and in some areas it looks like little to no effort was made to actually resolve the issue. Communication was also lacking throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, and even then, the explanations I received were vague and didn't match the final result. When I picked up the car, it was clear the problem hadn't been fully addressed. The owner was very rude and aggressive towards me when I tried to solve new issues brought on by the mechanic and nothing was done to help the situation. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected a much higher level of workmanship and accountability. Instead, I'm left needing to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the job done correctly. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

It took about a week, but I think that was appropriate considering the time to order parts. In the end, the paint was matched exactly to the original color and the rest of the car. They also washed my whole car and detailed the interior. There was a slight mix up in the amount being charged under the insurance, but a quick conversation and that got cleared up easily. Nobody really wants to take their car to the body shop, but if you do need to, this is the one to use in Sonora.

Basically, the tire store billed for an alignment but didn't do it. (Car pulled to the left like mad.) Then, they wouldn't actually do the alignment they billed for bc they claimed the tires were"flat-spotted" and needed to be replaced first. Fix-it actually left it up to me to get it fixed at another tire shop, then refused to pay for that work! Even though I had a warranty! They finally agreed only after I threatened to go to corporate Fix-it headquarters. And it still took a month to get my money.

The passenger side door of her car had been hit. It had another car's paint scraped onto it, and the door was dented enough that it wouldn't open. She took it to another shop first; they quoted her $3000 to fix it. Understandably appalled, she took it to Stan's and Jim's for a 2nd opinion. After they removed the scraped on paint with a rag and some solvent, they kept the car for a couple days and when she came to get it, she wondered, how much? $500? $600? Nope. The whole thing was fixed - and her bill? Under $100. How lucky you all are to have this honest, caring and competent auto body shop in your town.

AAA sent our vandalized Bronco to this shop and they were supposed to send it to an auto glass shop…read moreto replace the windshield, driver's window and back side window in the shell. Instead, I'm assuming so they could keep the insurance company themselves, they replaced the glass themselves. Well, they had no idea what they were doing. The windshield isn't even attached to the truck - it's just laying in the frame without seal holding it in; the driver's side window was a used window that looks like someone had taken steel wool to it and scratched it all up, and on the shell window they used what looks like old, cracked and yellowed seal. They also scratched the chrome around the windshield, and the driver's window won't go up and down. When we took it back and told them to make it right, they swore at us and said we were expecting too much. We now have to continue paying for a rental car while AAA schedules to have the glass installed correctly. What has happened to honest businesses who provide good customer service?
