They are highly ethical and treat both their patients and staff with the utmost respect. I have been examined by Dr. Wood for floaters. I am developing a cataract (fortunately does not need surgery) but when the time comes I would travel to Arlingon Heights from Chicago. They have the most up to date technology including laser cataract surgery.

I came in for an eye exam which included refraction. I only waited 10 minutes to start my eye exam! The waiting room for 2:45 pm was quite packed (this place is popular)! The waiting area is pretty spacious, clean and brightly lit. They even have their own optical shop on the other side of the same office space! This practice is the most high tech, time efficient I've ever been to! A few days before my appointment, they sent me a link to their portal which gave me all the forms to fill out online before my visit! They also have 4 receptionists (2 for incoming patients and 2 for patients who finished their appointment)! Everyone here, from the receptionists, the young lady (Savannah) who did my eye tests, and Dr Yeung, were all really pleasant, professional and patient. The whole appointment only took a little over an hour! And even though they gave me eye drops, they said I could still drive home after my appointment! They were also thorough in communicating to me, all the needed info during my visit! Best of all, they're only 10 minutes from home!

After he finally came in, Dr. Wollin, the ophthalmologist, told me straight up he does not think I need glasses right after the optometrist said that I did and crumpled up the note from the optometrist with the prescription and threw it away. I called him out on that and he told me "If I were trying to sell eyeglasses I would give you a pair but I am not." What is that even supposed to mean? He is just in it for the money and would avoid him and this place at all possible costs. As soon as I left the office, I called another for a consultation.
