    I am extremely disturbed and disappointed by the way they handled the online return, especially considering it's coming from such a renowned brand like Longchamp. I made two separate purchases of black tote Le Pliage bags in sizes M (confirmation number N668832) and L (confirmation Number N668802 ) on their website on the same day. I decided to return the L size few days later because the M size is more suitable for my needs. I literally just opened the box and compared the two bags and decided to return never- worn bag in L size, so I put it back in the original box and shipped it back via UPS (tracking N 1Z5413E59093656035). I returned the exact same bag I purchased on the Longchamp website. UPS provided proof of delivery, but Longchamp website kept indicating that the return was still pending. I sent an email asking for confirmation of the bag's arrival, which they confirmed a few days later and stated that I will be refunded. However, I received an additional email a few days later stating that the returned bag was already worn and inauthentic, and that they would be shipping back to me with no refund. They shipped the bag via UPS extreme priority and I received it in less than 24h. The bag they sent didn't have any paper protection or the original receipt I initially sent them. Additionally, the protective plastic bag in which the bag arrived within the UPS box was damaged (the little green slider on the top of the bag was missing) If this statement is correct (" worn and inauthentic") then this only means that the Longchamp website sold me an already worn and inauthentic bag! This is an absolute disgrace for the company and a display of extreme dishonesty. You've just lost a customer.

    Look at how small this hole is (bottom right of the bag). They can't even fix this. Dumpster luxury.

    I've never seen a company that claimed to be so luxurious, that turned out to be so incapable. January 2023, I bought a Pliage, and I was told that I had a two year warranty on the bag. By June 2023, the bag developed a scuff in the middle (see picture). I took the bag to this Longchamp store to get the bag repaired, the representatives said they would send the bag in, but that their warranty only covered holes to the corners of the bag. They said they would see what their repair shop would do, and that they would have it mailed back to me directly. I waited three months for this bag to come back. In September 2023, I received an email that my bag was ready for pickup. Not that it would be mailed to me, that I had to come back to this store to pick the bag up. When I picked up the bag, they had done nothing to repair it. Useless. IKEA bags are more durable than this piece of junk, and their customer service won't screw you over the way Longchamp's does. I would recommend a grocery bag from Walmart sooner than I would recommend a Pliage.

    Absolutely will recommend Crystal. After my friend and I had left the store, she personally sent us a card. She is so sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. Her personality is amazing, and she took her time making sure we left satisfied.

    Great shopping experience. The person serving me is Jennifer. She is very friendly,I'm looking for a bag , but there are two different sizes, she is very patient to give me advice, tell me which one is more suitable for me. I bought the small one,She packed it for me. And walked me to the door. its very good experience. To my surprise, a week later I received a postcard written by her. She's so sweet.

    Very poor value. Poor quality control of their purses. This company does not stand behind their bags.

I first brought the boots to the Grand Central location and was turned away because apparently only 55th Street (the least accessible NYC location for me) does calf alterations. My boots were 1-1.5" too wide in the calves as I have very narrow legs, and while I was clear that I didn't want them to be tight, I did want them to look more fitted and neater around my legs. I went to 55th Street and intentionally had the boots fitted over jeans, repeatedly telling the store employee that he was cutting off my circulation and needed to loosen the boots. Rather than listen to me and do what I asked, he told me that they could stretch them if they turned out too small. I very adamantly said no, I will not compromise the integrity of the leather by stretching them nor will I agree to have the boots made too small so that additional work will be required. I finally asked him to provide the final measurement and was told it was 13". The boots were originally 14.5" for reference. The boots were ready in just over a week, which already had me concerned since I hadn't requested a rush job. Upon receiving them, I could immediately see that they were two different sizes. The left boot is 12.5" and the right boot is just barely 12.25". They are nearly impossible to zip, the seams were done VERY poorly and not straight, and most importantly, they do not fit without severe pain. I cannot walk in them. I literally can't even move my right ankle. And that's on my bare legs without jeans. I immediately contacted Leather Spa and received a response from Vincent who said it's very common for boots with this type of repair to require additional treatment and that I should bring them back for stretching. Did I not already have this conversation BEFORE I paid $300+ to ruin $2k+ boots??? Vincent insists they are not ruined even after I sent photos showing that they very much are. Further, they didn't even send them back to me nicely - they threw shreds of cut leather pieces inside one of the boots and just sent them off that way as further evidence of the total rush job. I used to frequent Leather Spa 55th and my patronage fell off years ago after they did something very similar to a pair of $300 boots. I was very clear during my visit this time that that could not happen again with my brand new Louboutin boots that were significantly more expensive. Had the employee just told me on the spot that they were going to cut my boots too small and require stretching thereafter, I would've taken the boots, walked out and gotten them repaired elsewhere. Literally the only reason I returned to Leather Spa is because Christian Louboutin recommends them. Never again.
