The menu had way too many options! It was a little overwhelming to know what they specialize in... The fish was good and flavorful. The burger was plain the meat didn't have any seasoning the way the fries or fish were. If we were to go back I would like to try the wings! Those looked extra crispy! I saw a few families order the pizza - maybe I'll do the pizza and wings family meal next time :) Staff was okay! Good size spot they had TV's showing the football game. All were showing the same game not sure if they can play different ones. Overall we will try again. read more

It was my first time having Long Wong's the lady that help us was so helpful and really patient with me and my husband. We got pizza and wings lemon pepper ones and they were boneless and crispy, they had a great flavor. And we also got honey BBQ they are crispy and have just enough of sauce. I will definitely go back. And not to say they are friendly and the place is clean. read more

Lemon Pepper chicken wings were crispy and hot, but a but oily. Also tried a slice of $3 pizza which was average. Not the worst food.

I order wings ever week from this exact restaurant every week and every time I come in they great me with my name and already know my order . I ended up order some tacos for my children and they were gone in one bite .. I love the family environment. The service is amazing , the food is great and fresh. read more

The service was good and the food was generally okay. We ordered a burger, chicken wings, and pizza slices. The burger, fries, and chicken wings were very good; the pizza not so much. The dining area was clean and set up for social distancing, which is good. read more

came in for a family lunch ordered wings and pizza both where so amazing and fresh. wanted my wings modified from type to the way it was cooked and they did not under deliver. crispy wings and a cheesy fresh pizza. will be coming here again for sure. the service was amazing super friendly and kind. definitely recommend 10/10 read more

Ok so I have been to this location once before and I apparently forgot to do a review at that time. My first visit was a good experience. However this time around WTF! We ordered zucchini literally gave us them very dark appeared to be burned which they weren't burned but clearly cooked in dirty oil. You could literally taste burnt grease and the same rings true for the wings we ordered. Don't even get me started on the pizza simply put DISGUSTING! Will not be back! read more

Went here with the fam and was delicious we got 50 wings and 2 large pizzas best believe we finished EVERYTHING and left absolutely no crumbs left. The service was great as the waitress kept assisting us in whatever we might have needed. The music in the back ground was super chillaxen like jackson. i would recommend coming here read more

I don't normally write reviews or call back on messed up orders but I'm really unsatisfied with the service I received today there. I came to the store in person and ordered 12 buffalo wings for my mom and I and when we got home we realized we recieved bbq instead. When I called to correct my order, they told me I ordered bbq and it was on the receipt. They said they couldn't correct my order or give me a refund, and said the best they could do is give me a side of buffalo. I expressed I wasn't content with my order as I specifically ordered buffalo and don't even like bbq. I was with my mother and the cashier definitely heard us both discuss what wing flavor we wanted and we said buffalo multiple times. If the cashier thought I said bbq towards the end of me ordering, she should've clarified if I wanted bbq or buffalo. The manager then told me the best thing they can do is give me a six piece for free after saying the only thing they can do is give me a side of buffalo sauce. My mom still wanted the buffalo wings so I went back and got them for her but I'm still displeased. I'm not very confrontational but I expressed how disappointed I was. I was willing to give them back the bbq wings as we wouldn't even eat them. I wish I received better service and was offered a refund or have them make it right by giving me the correct order in exchange for the bbq wings we recieved. The manager was nice but didn't consider that the cashier could be in the wrong and assumed that I was the one that made the mistake. I'm disappointed as I really like this place but I don't see myself returning anymore. read more

I love this place. The staff is always so helpful. The mango habanero wings with a basket of fries is the best. I really like that you could come and have a cold beer or bring the family and make it a family night. read more

We submitted a phone order and where 15 mins away. The girl on the phone that answered and took the order said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. We arrived 15 mins later and order wasn't ready. We have been here outside waiting for our order for 25 mins plus the 15 mins it took to arrive. So total of 40 mins now, the worse part is the restaurant was solo, not one customer in front ahead of us. Not sure what they are doing or what happened but not good customer service. If you ever order from here make sure you put it an hour ahead so you know it'll be ready! read more

Me and my family came to try some wings we were told about. However we ended up getting some tacos and they were so good . We will definitely be back for more. Thank you Deanna read more

I got the bacon bacon my husband got the fish and chips and my daughter got the wings. Wings tough the burger was sad I expected something similar to lennys or one of those spots but I wasn't impressed the fish and chips came with no sauce like how do you have a fish special with no sauce. I don't know but I just don't think the cooks likes his job, and in that case they need a new cook. The horchata and Jamaica there is commercial. Probably will drive the other direction and just go to Culver's at least I'll get good food quality. 2 out of a 10. Service was good and I tipped for no reason at all so hopefully all their staff is hourly. read more

The food was good I ordered wing and pizza slice. The wing tasted good n where crispy. The pizza slice was burnt and seemed to have been sitting out for while and had just been reheated. The service was terrible, the cashier was very rude and she seemed to hate her job. She could just answer a simple question without giving attitude. Also when asked for a to go box she only pointed in the direction of the stack of to go boxes. The area was clean for the most part and was ok. Overall definitely will be the first and only time I eat at this place just for the back costumer service. read more

First impression of walking in was 2 thumbs up. The place looks clean and it's pretty big inside. The employees are nice and the best part is the food. Oh my god the wings where just right. The onions rings tasted so good. Give it a try first before judging, trust me you won't regret it. read more

First time coming here. Never been to this location before. I ordered wings and the lady was very nice. I was in a hurry, so part of this was on me. I got my order and left. I get home and checked my wings and half of my wing order were drowned in ranch sauce. I looked in the bag to see maybe the ranch containers burst and spilled in. Nope!! All the containers were perfectly closed. So, they either thought I wanted half of my wings drenched in ranch sauce because I asked for sides of ranch or they thought I might like a surprise. The wings I was able to eat were good. So that's why I gave two stars. I won't be coming back. read more

I love the taste and flavor of their lemon pepper wings BUT they are smothered in grease. The grass give me heartburn. Perhaps they should allow them to drain a bit before they are packaged them. read more

We ordered lemon pepper for the first time and they were very over cooked and had the small amount of meat on them. They also had no "lemon pepper" to them. Just over cooked wings sprinkled with a little seasoning before they closed the box. Not to mention the puddle of grease the wings were sitting in. Not even extra hot sauce for the hot wings just oil like they weren't strained at all. Very disappointing experience. We were also charge for an item we didn't receive. They gave us a credit so next time we go in we can get the item but after how the food was done who knows if we'll be back. Rumor has it they are franchising Long Wongs because the original location near 28thst and Thomas is closing. I hope that's not true because I've been to 4 locations that aren't from the original place and only 2/4 have had decent food and got the order right. *sighs* read more

Pizza is horrible, I rarely complain about bad pizza but holy hell it's terrible. Last two times I been there both horrible there won't be a 3rd read more

The ranch is watered down. Very expensive for quality of food. They always have new people so even ordering the food is a little excessive.

Long wait times. Prices went up. I ordered 12 wings, came out to $17. They give you one ranch for 12 wings, and charge $1 for 1oz of ranch. Not interested in returning, food was 7/10 on top of that read more

The wings are still good but I definitely prefer the long wongs on southern, also their prices are different here. They're not that organize here or just not on the same page when it comes to their staff. read more

Ordered bacon bacon burger combo, burger was just not good at all, burger patty's had a light color and tasted cheap and frozen, toppings could not save this burger, fries and onion rings were good, the cashier was really nice and the atmosphere wasn't bad, the presentation looked great, but it all went downhill when I took that first bite read more

I saw the other reviews on this place and they were not that great but I thought "hey let me take a chance." I should of listened to the reviews because this place was horrible . First my order of Garlic Parmesan wings were drenched in ranch so they are garlic parm ranch wings . My mozzarella cheese sticks were to bland and didn't even have hot cheese in the center so they felt like chewing gum. Also the chicken was over cooked so It felt like I was chewing on very saucy chrunchy meat. All in all I do not recommend this place. There are tons of other wing spots that are way better. Sorry long wongs but I had to be honest. I hope the best for your business and hopefully these reviews will make your food improve and little better . read more

One star for the garlic parm wings however the custom service from the girl who HAD to take my order was very rude and wasn't at all attentive. I greeted her and actually asked a few questions without any feedback. I ended up ordering the family pack with two type of wings and a pizza. I don't mind paying and waiting from good food especially with good service but overall my experience was not a good one. The salt and vinegar wings were hard, overly done and the pizza looked like it was just sitting there. My teens who loves pizza and wings didn't like the food. My son mentioned the sauce was too sweet and the pizza was hard. I will not return and recommend this establishment especially this location. Owner needs to do and quality assurance check. read more

Horrible customer service, don't even bother dealing with them. Food app would alert your food is ready when is not and they get mad when you tell them app says is ready. Lady with attitude said, we are the ones that tell you when is actually ready. Worse service ever read more

Very slows service and they clearly don't care about customer service. Looks like the Workers there have no energy to attend the costumers. An hour of waiting just for a simple slice of Pizza and chilli cheese fries and i still haven't gotten my order. So i go to check on my order and isn't ready yet. I was told that there Was a confusion on my order and that "it'll be out soon". Still waiting as i type this! Who gets confused over a simple slice of pizza and some fries?! Unbelivable! read more

This had to be the cleanest most modern of all the Long Wong's I've been in. The wings were tasty and the beer was ice cold. I love the chilled aluminum cups that you get your beer in. The pizza was so so. To bready and the toppings were skimpy. Needs to be more chewy like a good pizza crust should be. Their burgers are pretty good. Their service was EXCELLENT!! Every one was super friendly and attentive. read more

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Service is terrible, girls at front desk are rude, don't take your order right and when you ask them a question look at you PUZZLED! Food does not come out together. They even messed my order up and gave half my order away. I tried this place 3x and SAME terrible service. Manager gave me 2 ranches for free as if that makes it better. Get better customer service training for front! read more

Went in and ordered to-go. 25 MINUTES! to get our order, we were literally the only ones in there the whole time. While we waited, two of the employees got into a verbal altercation and started throwing brooms in our direction. The wings were severely overpriced for what they were and the sauce was runny. The "spicy ranch" was no more than a huge dousing of Frank's red hot. For the price I'd rather just go to BWWs, wing stop woul be a far better alternative to this place. Steer clear. read more

Terrible food quality, don't expect good food always it just depends how much they care the day you go.

The wings we ordered were frozen when we got them, they took them back and "reheated" them but they were still cold. The 3rd time we got them back they were ok. The next day when I saw my debt card transactions I noticed the transaction was for $10 more than the receipt (i still had in my purse) with out my authorization! read more

Highly disorganized, mixed up my order and made me wait for something that should have came at the same time, couldn't find ticket, took forever for them to just make a new one ( I would've been fine if they just did it right away), and to top it off didn't offer anything to fix the problem. Terrible experience. read more

Called in my order and was told 20 to 25 mins, it got there late and arrived at 30 mins to pick up my order. I was told 5 minutes wait and it turned out to be 15 mins, so 50 minutes after I placed my order I was handed my order. Place looks clean and spacious, but service is poor and appears to need a good manager. I walked in and took about 3-5 minutes to be acknowledged, when my order was ready I was handed my food and nothing else, not even a thanks or have a good evening. Food was good but service is lacking, 2 ladies in front appeared to be working against their own will. They need energetic, willing and welcoming employees that make you feel welcomed to be there. read more
