The menu had way too many options! It was a little overwhelming to know what they specialize in... The fish was good and flavorful. The burger was plain the meat didn't have any seasoning the way the fries or fish were. If we were to go back I would like to try the wings! Those looked extra crispy! I saw a few families order the pizza - maybe I'll do the pizza and wings family meal next time :) Staff was okay! Good size spot they had TV's showing the football game. We got pizza and wings lemon pepper ones and they were boneless and crispy, they had a great flavor. And we also got honey BBQ they are crispy and have just enough of sauce. Ok so I have been to this location once before and I apparently forgot to do a review at that time. My first visit was a good experience. However this time around WTF! We ordered zucchini literally gave us them very dark appeared to be burned which they weren't burned but clearly cooked in dirty oil. I don't normally write reviews or call back on messed up orders but I'm really unsatisfied with the service I received today there. I came to the store in person and ordered 12 buffalo wings for my mom and I and when we got home we realized we recieved bbq instead. When I called to correct my order, they told me I ordered bbq and it was on the receipt. They said they couldn't correct my order or give me a refund, and said the best they could do is give me a side of buffalo. I expressed I wasn't content with my order as I specifically ordered buffalo and don't even like bbq. I was with my mother and the cashier definitely heard us both discuss what wing flavor we wanted and we said buffalo multiple times. If the cashier thought I said bbq towards the end of me ordering, she should've clarified if I wanted bbq or buffalo. The manager then told me the best thing they can do is give me a six piece for free after saying the only thing they can do is give me a side of buffalo sauce. My mom still wanted the buffalo wings so I went back and got them for her but I'm still displeased. I'm not very confrontational but I expressed how disappointed I was. I was willing to give them back the bbq wings as we wouldn't even eat them. I wish I received better service and was offered a refund or have them make it right by giving me the correct order in exchange for the bbq wings we recieved. The manager was nice but didn't consider that the cashier could be in the wrong and assumed that I was the one that made the mistake. The food was good I ordered wing and pizza slice. The wing tasted good n where crispy. The pizza slice was burnt and seemed to have been sitting out for while and had just been reheated. The service was terrible, the cashier was very rude and she seemed to hate her job. She could just answer a simple question without giving attitude. Also when asked for a to go box she only pointed in the direction of the stack of to go boxes. The area was clean for the most part and was ok. We submitted a phone order and where 15 mins away. The girl on the phone that answered and took the order said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. We arrived 15 mins later and order wasn't ready. We have been here outside waiting for our order for 25 mins plus the 15 mins it took to arrive. So total of 40 mins now, the worse part is the restaurant was solo, not one customer in front ahead of us. Not sure what they are doing or what happened but not good customer service. I got the bacon bacon my husband got the fish and chips and my daughter got the wings. Wings tough the burger was sad I expected something similar to lennys or one of those spots but I wasn't impressed the fish and chips came with no sauce like how do you have a fish special with no sauce. I don't know but I just don't think the cooks likes his job, and in that case they need a new cook. The horchata and Jamaica there is commercial. Probably will drive the other direction and just go to Culver's at least I'll get good food quality. 2 out of a 10. First time coming here. Never been to this location before. I ordered wings and the lady was very nice. I was in a hurry, so part of this was on me. I got my order and left. I get home and checked my wings and half of my wing order were drowned in ranch sauce. I looked in the bag to see maybe the ranch containers burst and spilled in. Nope!! All the containers were perfectly closed. So, they either thought I wanted half of my wings drenched in ranch sauce because I asked for sides of ranch or they thought I might like a surprise. We ordered lemon pepper for the first time and they were very over cooked and had the small amount of meat on them. They also had no "lemon pepper" to them. Just over cooked wings sprinkled with a little seasoning before they closed the box. Not to mention the puddle of grease the wings were sitting in. Not even extra hot sauce for the hot wings just oil like they weren't strained at all. Very disappointing experience. We were also charge for an item we didn't receive. They gave us a credit so next time we go in we can get the item but after how the food was done who knows if we'll be back. I saw the other reviews on this place and they were not that great but I thought "hey let me take a chance." I should of listened to the reviews because this place was horrible . First my order of Garlic Parmesan wings were drenched in ranch so they are garlic parm ranch wings . My mozzarella cheese sticks were to bland and didn't even have hot cheese in the center so they felt like chewing gum. Also the chicken was over cooked so It felt like I was chewing on very saucy chrunchy meat. All in all I do not recommend this place. There are tons of other wing spots that are way better. One star for the garlic parm wings however the custom service from the girl who HAD to take my order was very rude and wasn't at all attentive. I greeted her and actually asked a few questions without any feedback. I ended up ordering the family pack with two type of wings and a pizza. I don't mind paying and waiting from good food especially with good service but overall my experience was not a good one. The salt and vinegar wings were hard, overly done and the pizza looked like it was just sitting there. My teens who loves pizza and wings didn't like the food. This had to be the cleanest most modern of all the Long Wong's I've been in. The wings were tasty and the beer was ice cold. I love the chilled aluminum cups that you get your beer in.
