Then I book to take my driving test with Rush Road follow with a car rental and 1 hr driving lesson before the test. Marc was my instructor and let me tell you, this man saw my flaws and made aware if I continue doing it, I will fail. He was very direct and truthful, the way he taught me how to park I have never seen it on youtube nor any other instructor taught me. Marc showed me his way of parking and I aced it with my first attempt!!! I was sooooo excited and knew I would pass my driving test WHICH I DID!!. The test site was super easy and the test instructor as well, he made the whole test drive super confidence and at ease. I was in such relaxing mood, felt the test was over too quick and wanted to keep driving. the way Marc taught me how to park, I immediately love to parallel park. He was a tough instructor and straight forward which made know I HAVE to correct my mistakes in order to pass. Took 1 lesson with this company, Marc taught me how to parallel park 1 time and I got it perfectly. Took 4 lessons with another company and was taught how to park 3 times and couldn't get it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take the road test the first time, because of an issue with my permit that I didn't know of but Beep Beep told me. The second time that I ordered the road test, Beep Beep scheduled me for a road test within a week of order and a site near me. I paid extra to use the car for the site, but it was well worth it. I took the test today and passed. I didn't officially take any road lessons with them, but the instructor that took me to the site helped me with some minor tips regarding 3-point turns, and it made me feel super confident! They are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely want to help their students succeed. I had other instructors before who will always yell at me when I made a mistake but unlike my previous experiences at other driving schools, these instructors really took the time to identify my weaknesses, correct my mistakes, and help me build the confidence and skills I needed to become a better driver. I understand that businesses can be busy, but communication is very important when students are trying to complete the necessary steps toward getting their license. Because I never heard back, I was unable to move forward as expected. I hope the school improves its communication and follow-up with students in the future. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and had to look elsewhere. I hope they improve their customer service.

I took 5, 90-minute lessons that spanned over 1 month and took one of them before my scheduled road test. Everyone (3 other students) I took the road test with failed along with myself. The second road test, same thing, took it with three other students and we all failed. I do not think it is the fault of the instructors. I feel I was taught well and felt good during the exam. They were really understanding and the instructor never raised his voice at me; except once, but he explained my mistake and apologized for overreacting. They charged a $10 toll fee per student on the day of the road test (if the test is in Staten Island). All in all, I think the location, Father Capodanno Blvd. Auto was simply a harder testing site and that the school had good instructors. tl;dr I would recommend this driving school- they teach the minimum to pass, but request a testing site that isn't Father Capodanno Blvd. Auto.

They listened, asked questions, and followed up with other students from my class to look into the concerns I raised. I really appreciated that they took the feedback seriously rather than dismissing it. I still stand by my original comments about my experience with Jeff and the condition of the motorcycles. However, my interaction with management gave me a much more positive impression of the organization. They demonstrated that safety and the student experience genuinely matter to them. I originally said I would be hesitant to take the Basic RiderCourse 2 if Jeff were teaching it. After speaking with management, I would absolutely consider taking BRC2 with them once I have my own bike. I'm updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. My BRC experience was disappointing, but management's response showed me that they genuinely care about their students and are willing to listen and address concerns.
