Jasmine is the reason I've been coming here for years! I've actually put my whole family onto this place haha me, my mom, and my sisters all have a different aesthetic and jasmine has such a wide range of talent--she accommodates each of us perfectly! I prefer natural nails and she gets the color and tone and shape on spot. My sister loves edgy designs and she always delivers (wish I could show you pictures but just trust me, it's gorgeous everytime). Not to mention she also prioritizes our real nails to be strong and healthy! I wish I could gatekeep Jasmine but shes so beautiful inside and out and honestly deserves the best. Wouldn't be surprised if she becomes a nail artist for celebrities hahah

First time here, everyone was nice & friendly. I didn't notice until I got home that they didn't clean up my cuticles for my acrylics. So now it looks like I need a fill, when I just got them done. Specifically on my right hand, it's annoying. Probably won't be returning.

I have had the opportunity to have had many mani with JASMINE. JASMINE has an amazing personality. She is very personable and always tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I am there. Me and my husband has spend a lot of money on this place and we have both been coming here for years for them to be rude to me. I went in because my 5 year old son had to pee really bad and I got told NO right away and waved at me to get out of there TWICE. NOBODY was in there, then they made up a lie after that it has a "LEAK". I left crying because I have never experienced such rudeness from this place. Maybe because I didn't get any "service" when I went in this time. my son ended up peeing his pants so thank you to the owner and your employees. I'm done with this place. Also lately I noticed they reuse the same tools over and over for nails without cleaning them for the next client.

I walked in since I was out of town and had a while to spare while Long Lasting Nails greeted me with kindness and did a beautiful job. I told the manicurist that I would love a dip on my natural nails since they are short, small and thin (which is not easy to perform) and did an outstanding job with a reasonable price. The energy was inviting with an easygoing environment making me feel like I was at home. If I lived in the area this would be my go to spot.

Lily did my nails! She was quick and was able to create the marble design. Last minute I decided to get a pedicure, thought she would decline since many customers would call for walk in service. She brought me a water as I waited for the nail tech for my pedicire Staff is very friendly.

Came for a pedicure and the add-ons for $30 is totally worth it: massage, foot scrub and callus remover. Here are the things that make this place "okay" vs "good." 1) Parking lot is small and the spaces are tight. Not ideal for people with SUVs or wide cars. 2) They ask for cash payment only. If you don't have cash, you can Zelle them. 3) The woman who did my feet rushed through it. She also poked me 3 times b/c of how fast she was trying to get through my pedicure. It was really disappointing since there was no line/wait, hence no reason to rush through. If I do return, I'd ask for someone else to do my nails. That's all!

I just moved to Carson & was in search of a new nail salon. I found this place on Yelp & decided to give it a shot. At my first visit, I had a new set of dip nails applied by I believe her name was Julie & she did a good job. Then 3 weeks later, I got a fill from a different nail tech. Initially, I asked her if I needed a new set, but she said it was still ok to apply a fill. Then I asked again, "Should we just remove it & apply new dip over it?" She must have been too lazy to remove them because she only recommended a fill. I said ok & I let her fill it. 2 weeks later, the nails start lifting & one pops off, revealing a brownish discoloration. Turns out I get fungal infection, not just on one nail, but 3 finger nails. I went to urgent care & they prescribed an anti fungal nail lacquer that will clear the fungus in up to 6 months. The Dr also referred me to a dermatologist. I've been going to my old nail salon in Lakewood regularly every 3 weeks for over 2 years & never had this problem. Never going back to Long Lasting Nails again!

i like that they're fast and my nails came out pretty good but lyly or lily rushed a little too much that she missed putting the clear coat on some spots and i feel like she was rude. she told me to wash my hands after she filed them and then when i was drying, she YELLED "are you done" across the salon. like???? girl you'll know i'm done when i'm sitting back in the seat. and then when she was done she told me to wash my hands again but then said "baby come sit" and i didn't know who she was talking to so i went to go sit back down thinking that she forgot something and she literally GRABBED my arm to pull me out of the chair and was like "not you, her!" definitely will not be returning. rude af and i still tipped when i shouldn't have. read more

LONG LASTING NAILS?! That's cap! Two nails broke after two weeks. I went in for acrylics AND when I was getting them done the lady didn't even do them to the bottom?! So I looked like I needed a fill after one week. ALSO she kept asking me if I wanted gel multiple times after I strictly said no the first time. Stop trying to ask if I said no! I unfortunately did have to end up getting gel because the color I wanted on had gel. But she said it would be 35 and somehow I ended up paying $41?! Tf. So NO I do not recommend! Also this isn't pertaining to me but this lady who had an appointment came in and they had her wait 30 plus minutes... why should you wait if you made an appointment... read more

I went to long lasting nails today while I was in the area. I've also been looking for another nail salon to go to due to wanting a new experience and I have never been there and today was great. I have to say, I haven't been to the nails salon in a WHILE, like since before the pandemic, and I have to say they've always done great work for me. But this design really takes the cake! The woman who did my nails was Nina and all I gave her was the reference photo (first picture) and she was sure she could do it. She went above and beyond with the shape and design and I will be returning soon! read more

Update : I'm so annoyed , I had an appointment for 2 pedicures and a full set at 10 am , literally started my nails after 10 and came out at 11:45 am with no pedicure !!! They still wanted me to wait 10 mins for a pedicure ... I get it , it's a business but take care of your clients with appointments first and then the walk-ins , I love this place but today it just disappointed me ! So happy I found this place on Instagram ! The staff is very friendly and accommodating ! I love my nails so much ! Soooo in October 7th I called to make an appointment for a FILL. Got an appointment same day so was glad about that. When I went in I waited about 20 minutes before anyone helped me . When I finally sit down I'm talking to my friend who came with and started chit chatting. I saw she took the nail polish off and not all the way though. Instead of adding acrylic to the nail and then painting it the lady just changed the nail polish color. She's like you like it. No I didn't like it. It was ridiculous. I paid the $10 for the color change and left. Apparently they don't know what a fill is over there . read more

Love love love it here. They take their time literally. Making sure everything is perfect and that you won't be unsatisfied. Recommend you book an appointment and that you're not in a rush (like I was).. I was expecting in and out like other salons. But they are not like other salons they treat you like queen/king you are! Will always be back here found a new nail salon home. I got a pedicure here $26 with gel and being treated like a queen.. definitely recommend to anyone!! I will definitely be trying other pedicures in the future! read more

I give this place a 3.5 rating if I can. This was my first time coming here, it is a decent place. I came in yesterday morning, 3/23/19 not too busy. Great service by the way! I got a regular pedicure $16 and a regular full set of acrylic nails (plain and simple, with no design) $$25. My total came out at $41 not including tip. I will say this, I will be coming back to long lasting nails and maybe this time I will bring my mother who loves getting her nails done‍. #I-Recommend read more

Sloppy and rushed work. If you're looking to save money then by all means this is the place as their prices are cheaper than most nail salons but their quality of work leaves a LOT to be desired. Not only did the lady who did my nails tell me the color i wanted was for "old women", she also kept pushing for the new colors. Why? Because they were $10 extra. Then she went so hard on my pinky finger's nail cuticle which made me bleed (ouch) without a single acknowledgment. She was rushing through the whole time and didn't bother to paint the whole nail. All my nails are painted well above my cuticle. To top it off, i was given a hard time about trying to pay with my debit card (i had cash for tip) when their business profile CLEARLY states they accept card. Put up a sign stating you don't take cards if it is such a hassle! Don't harass your customers when they are at the register it is so rude and unprofessional. I'd rather pay more at a place that will appreciate my business and not push for their own agenda. Never again! Update: 3 hrs later and two nails have chipped. Wow read more

They're under new management and the new team is amazing! Just got my acrylic with gel done here by Nina and she did such an amazing job! She was very careful to detail and took her time which resulted in awesome results! I got the Unicorn style nails! I love it so much! The entire staff is friendly and I felt so welcomed as I came in. In addition, they make recommendations on what to do for you and what's best for you to keep you from damaging your nails. I definitely recommend this place and will come back! I come here all the time and I love how Lyly and the man next to her do my nails. I always get medium length with the coffin shape & of course red gel polish. I was in search for a good nail salon so yelped helped me find this nail place. I made an appointment through Yelp and called to confirm my appointment. I was super skeptical about trying a new place but I had to because the other nail salon I used to go to was always too busy for me. Anyways ! I am sooo glad I gave this place a try! :) Lyly and her team are really nice and they want to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. I only went for a full gel set and I was very happy with the final result ! Amy helped me and she was super gentle the entire time. My Total for a full set plus some rhinestone detailing was $40. I think I paid $35 at my other place but since it's my first time here I figured the prices are set. Parking lot is small but there is residential parking so that helps. Place is small and clean. They are open every day! That's a plus ! The only suggestion I have for this place is to have some TVS for the customers so they don't get bored. Or play some music . It was so quiet, too quiet while getting my nails done. Other than that, I loved my first time visit here. read more

I randomly came across this place after my previous nail tech moved to OC and I'm so glad I did - Lyly is absolutely amazing! I've been going to her for months now. everyone is super friendly and not pushy / trying to upsell you. its a busy shop for good reason but I've never had an issue making an appointment. Lyly does my fills / full sets quickly (but I never feel like she's rushing). if you need a pedicure ask for Mimi. read more

At first when this place open the owner lily was nice but by time she has been really rude and we would always come here no matter what but every time we come here they work like they really hate their job when they talk about you they speak their own language I don't think it's worth coming here and spending money where they give low quality of service nop bye. read more

Moved into the area and found this little shop. It's reasonable priced and I love that my gel manicure lasts 3 weeks- no chipping. I had an appointment at 11 and was seated at 11:10... I get it. I didn't mind the wait. You can't always time each client perfectly so waiting wasn't a big deal. I was seated in the chair while I waited. One thing that I wished they did was let me soak my feet in the water while I waited. Overall, this place is my new favorite spot. read more

Lyly - You are amazing!!!! I swore I would never go back to my old nail spot after many horrendous experiences but that left me without a nail salon to go to.. and i'm very picky about my nails! :( I yelped for options and found Long Lasting Nails which just opened a week ago. The number on the yelp page is not accurate as I called many times but no answer. Lyly, maybe you can update it? I decided to stop by Thursday night since I was around the area to schedule an appointment the next day. She was very kind and said she would accommodate me after work on Friday at 4pm. Also just in case you're not around the area, Lyly is very responsive on yelp messages if you'd like to schedule an appointment. I told her I would be in by 4pm but with traffic and lack of parking, I didn't get to the salon until 4:20pm. My fault - but Lyly quickly accommodated me! She was finishing up a client but started the pedicure soak for me as soon as I arrived. I chose a color from the nail wheel but after 2 coats I decided the color wasn't right :( She said she would put a 3rd coat hoping the color would pop but still didn't look as nice.. She could tell I wasn't satisfied and whipped up a color she thought I'd prefer. It was exactly what I wanted!! Awesome customer service! Lyly was quick but meticulous. My nails are beautiful. The color is perfect. I asked her not to cut my nails down and instead file it a round shape and she delivered. During my pedicure she provided a lavender sugar scrub massage which was AMAZING! Lyly is also very personable, I had fun talking to her and her daughter! She's so cute. While I waited for my pedicure to dry, I sat next to her daughters friends and watched Lyly do her magic! Honestly, she's an incredible nail artist. Show her a picture and she can recreate it, but better! Great service at an inexpensive price, I love it! I have been to this salon a few times and every time I'm waiting for at least half an hour or more to be seen even though I had an appointment made days to a week in advance. The owner seems to have a bad attitude and treated my like she just doesn't care to lose a good tipping, loyal customer so I left. My time is important too and I can't afford waiting around when someone doesn't respect my time and my bussiness. read more

I came here for the first time based on good reviews. Called a couple hours ahead of time & made an appointment. My nail tech was very nice and had to work under stress because my 1 year old was crying the whole time for me to hold him. Unfortunately I misjudged if he could handle sitting there next to me for the time being. All of the other workers were extremely patient with us, my other two young kids were also running a muck because I was stuck in the chair. Sorry about that, lol. Overall I absolutely love my nails. She looked around, sighed, and said, "We're not gonna have time for you today." I paused, expecting her to offer another appointment or suggest another time, but instead it just felt like, "We can't help you." I said, "No problem," and started walking out. An employee (who I believe was her assistant) ran after me and told me another customer had offered to let me go ahead since my service was something simple. I honestly hesitated because of the owner's attitude, but I wanted to give a black owned business the benefit of the doubt, so I came back. I thanked the customer who let me go ahead, but the owner never acknowledged me. Even something as simple as, "It's been really busy today, but we appreciate you and we'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. When it was finally my turn, I sat down and the owner asked, "You're just getting a color change, right?" I said yes, and she didn't say another word. It honestly felt like she still didn't want to service me but was doing so because I was already there. A little while later she yelled across to me, "Hey, blue shirt... what's your name?" After I told her, she said that from her angle it looked like I had my leg resting on the technician and that her client didn't want to turn around. It was awkward, but I laughed it off and once again tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, figuring maybe she was just someone who was a little rough around the edges. After my service was finished, I went to pay. The technician asked if it was my first time there. When I said yes, she then informed me there was a $10 fee because they had to remove someone else's polish. The "removal" was simply sanding off my previous color. My issue wasn't even the fee--it was that it wasn't disclosed before the service started. Any additional charges should be communicated upfront so customers can decide whether they'd like to proceed. So I ended up paying $30 for a simple color changed when I could've just waited and got a pedicure at that point. The final straw was leaving the salon without so much as a "Thank you," "Have a great day," or "We appreciate your business." The owner said absolutely nothing. While I was there, I also watched other customers come in asking for pedicures. They received the same short, dismissive responses and were simply turned away. As they walked out, the owner called after them, "Keep us in mind." Honestly, that's difficult to do when customers aren't greeted warmly, prices aren't fully explained beforehand, and there doesn't seem to be much effort to make people feel welcome. The salon itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. A little kindness, professionalism, and clear communication go a long way in building loyal customers. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope this brings awareness to the owner and no one else has to go through this experience

This is my fourth time at this nail salon and each of my experiences have been really really great. Every time I come into the salon, I always bring a reference photo of what I want. They achieve the design and customize it to my liking, which I really appreciate. My nails last for about 3 to 4 weeks. I wait about 10 to 25 minutes to get my nails done each time I visit which is not bad because the results speak for them self. This is the only salon in Carson that I would trust to do my nails. Went to get my nails done today, with my niece. I was given a full set, and just polish for my niece, she's 5. The welcome was warm and friendly. The place itself was clean. I noticed that they also used sterile instruments. I didn't get the name of my nail tech, but she sits at the first table on the left as you enter. She did a really nice job on my nails! At Nail Studio by Andrew, my time has been wasted despite making an appointment a week in advance. What's the point of appointments if you're going to treat customers like they just walked in? Don't make appointments if you cannot honor them. My appointment was only for a pedicure. Anyone who disrespects my time in the way that this place has does not deserve my business. I do not recommend this place and I am never coming back here again. They haven't even checked in on me to update me if it's almost my turn or not. I'd expect them to let me know how much longer I need to wait, but since sitting me at the pedicure chair, no one has said anything and I've been waiting for 26 minutes now. I'm lying. I've been waiting for 36 minutes because I arrived 10 minutes early. If you're on time, you're late. When it was finally my turn, after waiting 30 mins, the nail tech did say, "thank you for waiting". Unfortunately, the damage was done and I will not be tipping, for I do not want to reinforce this type of disrespect.

When booking an appointment, the manager asked for my phone number and I provided. There is no excuse for not calling and asking if my schedule could accommodate a later appointment time. The sad part is, the reviews are true! This nail shop does not honor mutually agreed appointments and showed NO consideration of the customer. Poor poor service. There's a reason why there was only 4 customers in the nail salon on a Saturday at 3 pm.

The work they do is quality though. The inside is really cute too. I've only had one issue here where one of the nail techs did my acrylic too thin and my nails were breaking after a couple days. I came back and they fixed it for no charge. If you want ombre nails go to "Chich" (I think that's her name). She did my nails bomb when I got ombré!

At least the pedicures are both fine.

Waxing services are great, mine and my daughter's eyebrows are always done with consideration to our requests/ concerns. The salon is spacious with many seats available and always clean.
