Even more impressive, my meal was completely comped, and we were offered a free dessert while we waited for the replacement meal. The manager also personally stepped in multiple times to check on us and make sure everything was taken care of. You could tell that customer satisfaction wasn't just something they talked about -- it was genuinely important to them. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What really separates a great restaurant from the rest is how they respond when something goes wrong. Connor's handled it with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine concern. I especially want to compliment the entire team for maintaining that old-school charm of taking care of the customer and making things right.
