We had an awesome dining experience here. We walked in and notice they had both indoor and outdoor seating, was a beautiful day so we decided on outdoor. They had open air inside the bar area(we chose this as you could feel the heat of the sun) & outdoor at tables covered by bright yellow umbrellas. Our waiter was fast to appear, attentive & very pleasant, & gave us menu's and take our drink order. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and seasoned equally as well. I'd been to Aubreys before in different locations, but this was my favorite.

I stopped in for the first time while visiting the area with my family. When in this part of Tennessee, Aubrey's is one of their go-tos so it was a no-brainer we stop in for dinner our first night in town. My sister raved about the Hawaiian Ribeye, which sounded delicious, so she and I both ordered it as our entrees. My mother went with a pasta dish. When our dinners arrived, I found my steak (which I ordered medium) to be more medium well on its way to well done. I kindly asked our waiter to rectify the situation which he said they promptly would. In the meantime, my sister gave me a bite of her steak so I could "look forward to what's coming" and that bite was DELICIOUS. Her steak was cooked to medium perfection and had a delicious marinade...obviously, I made her immediately give me a second bite. I was surprised when in just a few minutes later, our server was back with a new steak and fingers crossed this one would be prepared correctly. When he placed it in front of me, my first thought was that it looked more like a pork chop than a steak....when I cut into it my server and I both realized at almost the same time that this steak was practically raw when cut into....so back to the kitchen again. After a few minutes, the manager came out to speak to our table (which totally wasnt necessary) and offered to bring out a side or appetizer while I waited for a third steak. I told him that wasn't necessary - just wanted my steak. I'd been nibbling on bites of my mom's pasta (which was nothing to brag about) and my sister's steak (which was still delicious) by that point and didnt want to get too full. By the time my third steak had come out, my mother and sister were almost done with their meals. This time, the waiter didnt bother to stick around and see if the steak was cooked right...I think he'd given up at this time PLUS the manager had informed us it would be taken off the bill so i guess they figured what else can they do at this point...needless to say, the third steak still wasn't cooked right. On this go round, half the steak was medium and the other half medium well. Plus, there was no marinade and the scorched gas flavor of the grill was the only thing you could taste....having been nibbling on my sister's all night I knew what it should taste like and that was NOT it. Needless to say, that steak too was left uneaten. I appreciate that Aubrey's tried to rectify the situation and maybe it was just an off night, but I know that I personally will not be returning to an Aubrey's while in Tennessee.

Late lunch and not terribly hungry. We sat in the bar area which has multiple big screen TV's tuned to sports. We split the Cheddar Burger and fries. Plenty for both of us with some fries leftover. Great service and good food. And cold beer. What more can you ask.

While visiting family in Oak Ridge I discovered Aubrey's . As a first timer here , what drew me was their menu and its diversity in options. Lots to choose from, which was perfect for picky eaters. Our server was very friendly and anticipated our needs by keeping our drinks filled without asking , clearing empty plates , offering to-go cups and just generally providing great service without hovering . I ordered the 14 oz Hawaiian ribeye that is marinated in pineapple , soy and ginger. The marinade really made the flavor profile . It was savory with a hint of sweetness which I found to be perfectly balanced! I enjoyed it so much that I dined at Aubrey's a second time before departing TN. The only critique I have is , the side house salad was topped with potato chip crumbles . It's on me that I did not read the full description and the salad come with a TON of these crisps so if you don't want chips on your salad make sure to 86 them when ordering . I highly recommend Aubrey's and I will definitely dine here again !

My strawberry salad with Blue cheese sounded so good that one friend ordered the exact same thing. We both LOVED IT!

Delicious food and the best almond chicken soup I have ever had. The drinks are rather small. Highly recommended!

Really good food, great service. Nice atmosphere, and I love the large chalk drawings they have up. I little pricey.

Great restaurant all around. Probably the best in Oak Ridge. Great staff, food selection, and relatively decent pricing.

Food was good but the waiter didn't offer me bread but they offered other tables bread. There was also a large hair (not mine) in my food :(

Salads were filling and flavorful. Good service. Only thing I would like different from my last visit would be that the bread is warmed.

Vista De Rio - Hot homemade salsa

This is a long overdue review - we've been eating here since they opened and it's our favorite…read morelocal southern Mexican food place. It's in a little building between Clinton and Oak Ridge and the staff is the absolute friendliest group ever. It's a smaller restaurant so it might be packed some days and a little quieter others. Clinton has no shortage of options when it comes to Mexican restaurants and everyone seems to have their favorite and that's totally fine but this place stands out to me and I'll tell you why. Everything I've ever ordered there seems to have better and more dynamic flavor than other places. My favorite dish is fajitas or grilled chicken but this place has me switching up my order to try things I otherwise would not because literally everything I've ever gotten here is amazing. There are certainly staples you'll find at other places but they have a great carne asada steak, the grilled chicken is amazing. Even the shredded chicken is legit. This trip we got a kids cheese quesadilla with rice and beans, a kids ACP, and I got cheese enchiladas with grilled chicken on top. I loved my enchiladas but had no problem tasting the rest of the families items because it was all so good. If you like spicy make sure and ask for some of their homemade hot salsa it's really good. They also have frosted glasses for cold draft beer both domestic and imported. 10/10 - I'd go back anytime.

Received chips and salsa as standard for appetizer: Waiter put his dirty hand in the first bowl to…read morebe used for the salsa; and the second bowl was dirty. 1st order was taco salad; however, the salad should be called taco salad soup. There was so much water in the 'taco bowl' it amounted to ~ 1/3 cup. Waiter says the water is from the lettuce. Unreal. Lettuce does not have that much moisture. I say the chicken is kept in water until ready to serve and that is where the moisture is coming from, and as result, the chicken is bland and tasteless. 2nd order, cheese enchilada: horrible sauce, tasted like corn starch, beef broth, and sugar. Bean burrito had a mild red sauce according to the waitress; however, the sauce was a disgusting amaretto sauce, far from Roja. Chalupa was not a chalupa but rather a tostada. I will give credit: lettuce was not wilted or brown, tomato was not rotten. Overall, would not return. Not even close to being Mexican food, and not even close to being tex-mex food.
