We go to Chili's at least once a month, it's usually pretty consistent for a chain. We used to go to Applebees but it has been inconsistent so we no longer go there. That being said Chili's took away one of my favorite salads the Buffalo Chicken Salad over a year ago. I think the Quesadilla Explosion Salad is good but ever shrinking in size, still enough to fill me up. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich makes up for the loss of the Buffalo Chicken salad, but the sandwich can be a bit messy. The service at least in the bar area is good and often great. There are multiple taps with a good happy hour The ambience is Chili's. They look about the same wherever you go. It's a Tex Mex restaurant and the salsa and chips when done right is as good as anyone's. I've had all the low cal options and they are all good. read more

The water smelled very strongly of pool water. The Mac and cheese was something so utterly disgusting it is hard to bring into words. The service was quite slow and we waited a long time to get the food and check. If I really disliked someone I would send them to Chili's. The food was so incredibly salty as well. read more

The food tasted decent. The chicken and mozzarella came out hot and had pretty good flavor. However, the chips and queso were kind of bad. The chips were veryyyyyy salty and the queso was practically cold. However, our waiter was very friendly and kept checking in on us! If you are looking for a casual place to eat this is the place. I had been craving a Chili's salad and the chips and salsa (with ranch. yum), so off our fam went for a lunch adventure. We were greeted right away by a grumpy hostess and for a moment feared the worst but our experience was amazing after that. Our family of five was seated immediately and our kids had a great time with the kid's activity menus and crayons. There were more than one version of the menu, so my kids loved trading to do the different activities on the sheet. The kid meals are affordable and come with both a side and a drink with many entree options. There are some great lunch deals for adults as well. No lunch portion available for my salad, but my husband was able to snag a $10 meal that came with an app, entree/side, and a drink. It was only $2.50 to upgrade to a margarita, which is a great deal. Our food came out within about 10 minutes of ordering (wow!). You could tell they were understaffed but everyone was working together and hustling. We ordered: -Quesadilla explosion salad: great, as always. Has definitely gotten smaller over the years, but it was still tasty, with the exception of the stale-tasting quesadillas. -Kids meals-cheeseburger sliders, chicken strips, mac and cheese (corn, oranges, fries) with choco milk and pineapple juice: all of these were loved except for the mac and cheese, which my son said had no flavor. -10 for you lunch special with a burger, fries, chips/salsa, and a classic margarita upgrade: This was all great. They sit around and gossip about other employees in front of customers. This store should get a whole new crew. They do not staff properly either. Nice location in Turkey Creek. This is a slightly above average chain restaurant. I've had good experiences during several visits. My rating would be 3.5 stars. The Meal for 2 for $25 is a great value. Choose a starter, 2 entrees and share a dessert. There are limitations on the choices, but there is enough variety to satisfy us. The burgers are good and I enjoy the big mouth bites. Try the skillet cookie for dessert. read more

Went to chilis last night overall not to bad. The service was really good. The food was exactly what you think from a big chain restaurant. We ordered chips and salsa, honey chipotle chicken crispers, mango chili chicken, and the ice cream with a cookie that I forgot to take a picture of. Chips and salsa- can't mess this up at all lol Honey chipotle chicken crispers- Chicken tenders were really good, had broccoli and fries with it broccoli was very undercooked like it almost didn't get steamed fries were really good Mango chili chicken- The chicken was really good I had great flavor it really taste of mango and chili in it, now the broccoli on the other hand was very undercooked wasn't steamed very well at all, the rice was also cooked poorly and wasn't that good to eat. Chilis does not disappoint on their salmon. I order it every time I am here. The taste is delicious with cilantro and a sauce that is a little on the tex mex side. Really cooked well, not dried out. The staff was really on it. Once we ordered our drinks and told her we were ready to order the drinks were at the table before we ordered the salmon. Ha another Chili's, everyone knows what to expect from chili's. We come for two things, the $5 margarita and the Cajun pasta dish. Okay well I don't come for either of those but my girlfriend does. I actually tried one of the dinner salads. It was good, my girlfriend really likes that pasta dish so it doesn't hurt let others know about it. The bonus to this location is that it's pretty close to the total wine, where we have to go after and try to replicate the drink that she just had. read more

Me my husband and son went Saturday November 29th about 4:00 so they were not busy at all the waitress takes our drink order and only brought 2 drinks she forgot my husbands brink he had to ask for it. Then what top it off was we put our order in and my husband and sons food was brought out but not mine so we didn't see our waitress for awhile so she finally came over after my family was half way through with there meal and I asked where mine was and she said what did you order. One Star....... because I can't bypass The last three times I've done curbside have been disastrous.... First of the three they gave my order to someone else claiming another Donna ordered same thing at same time. Second time hubby and I ordered - they left out half our order. Third time - today I waited and waited wound up going in about 15-20 minutes after waiting bartender got my food and drink and started to hand to me... keep in mind curbside means curbside my order was cold and the drink wasn't fit to drink my lunchtime was almost over I didn't have time for another drink told them I don't want a watered down drink. Ughhh never recommend them for curbside based on recent issues. They've went downhill since Covid hit. This chili's is in a brand new location. Relocated from the Kingston Pike location. The new look looks good on them. Not sure if it's the huge windows over looking Turkey Creek or the new decorations but the facelift is nice. The menu has new options, which is pretty cool. I have started to try and make better choices in terms of the kinds of food that I'm eating these days but they have a ton of new items for the summer like the BBQ options and plenty of fried entrees. I went for the Salmon and Broccoli which was quite good. They had a very flavorful drizzle over the top of the Salmon that really topped it off with a slight hint of some cheese as well. The broccoli seems to be flavorful as well with salt and pepper and what I can only a assume to be a bit of butter. Over all though they have something for the whole family. This Chili's location is a above other locations I've been to in prior years; aesthetically at least. Our server was friendly and courteous, even though they were understaffed. The food was typical of any Chili's, really, nothing that made me go "wow." It was a change in our normal routine and trying Chili's out after some time. I do wish that the burgers were cook to order but that can be dismissed. My side salad came out (along with the appetizer) with our entire meal. So having a table full of plates and food (especially, with small children) can be disastrous. Overall, the meal was OK, service was great, and the establishment was well cared for. There could be some changes as far as management properly staffing, and where side orders (and apps) come out before the entrees. Just another average Chili's visit. read more
