White Skillet Queso and Triple Dipper
    Thomas W.

The food tasted decent. The chicken and mozzarella came out hot and had pretty good flavor. However, the chips and queso were kind of bad. The chips were veryyyyyy salty and the queso was practically cold. However, our waiter was very friendly and kept checking in on us! If you are looking for a casual place to eat this is the place. But if you want somewhere really quiet for a date it's probably not the place! Please leave a reaction if possible!

I had been craving a Chili's salad and the chips and salsa (with ranch. yum), so off our fam went for a lunch adventure. We were greeted right away by a grumpy hostess and for a moment feared the worst but our experience was amazing after that. Our family of five was seated immediately and our kids had a great time with the kid's activity menus and crayons. There were more than one version of the menu, so my kids loved trading to do the different activities on the sheet. The kid meals are affordable and come with both a side and a drink with many entree options. There are some great lunch deals for adults as well. No lunch portion available for my salad, but my husband was able to snag a $10 meal that came with an app, entree/side, and a drink. It was only $2.50 to upgrade to a margarita, which is a great deal. Our food came out within about 10 minutes of ordering (wow!). You could tell they were understaffed but everyone was working together and hustling. We ordered: -Quesadilla explosion salad: great, as always. Has definitely gotten smaller over the years, but it was still tasty, with the exception of the stale-tasting quesadillas. -Kids meals-cheeseburger sliders, chicken strips, mac and cheese (corn, oranges, fries) with choco milk and pineapple juice: all of these were loved except for the mac and cheese, which my son said had no flavor. -10 for you lunch special with a burger, fries, chips/salsa, and a classic margarita upgrade: This was all great. Burger well-cooked. A family of five ate for $45 plus tip. Amazing!

My husband and I stopped by Chili's Wednesday night before a movie. We were seated quickly and ordered quickly. I was super hungry so I didn't take a picture of the egg rolls we got but those are always good. Then we shared shrimp and steak fajitas for 2. That was good too. We made it to our movie with some time to spare so that was fun.

Food is always quick and warm. Amazing vibes and service always. They sold us their staff shirts at a low price because we complimented our server, Mitchell. Love it here!

Nice location in Turkey Creek. This is a slightly above average chain restaurant. I've had good experiences during several visits. My rating would be 3.5 stars. The Meal for 2 for $25 is a great value. Choose a starter, 2 entrees and share a dessert. There are limitations on the choices, but there is enough variety to satisfy us. The burgers are good and I enjoy the big mouth bites. Try the skillet cookie for dessert.

Went to chilis last night overall not to bad. The service was really good. The food was exactly what you think from a big chain restaurant. We ordered chips and salsa, honey chipotle chicken crispers, mango chili chicken, and the ice cream with a cookie that I forgot to take a picture of. Chips and salsa- can't mess this up at all lol Honey chipotle chicken crispers- Chicken tenders were really good, had broccoli and fries with it broccoli was very undercooked like it almost didn't get steamed fries were really good Mango chili chicken- The chicken was really good I had great flavor it really taste of mango and chili in it, now the broccoli on the other hand was very undercooked wasn't steamed very well at all, the rice was also cooked poorly and wasn't that good to eat. Cookie and ice cream-Tasted awesome came out really warm will definitely order again I'm giving at three stars because the service was really good side down really quickly hostess was really nice but the food wasn't the greatest as big chain food and they could've done a little bit better with cooking

It was fairly busy when I visited, and there was a line to get beer, which isn't a problem. I happen to see a friend of mine waiting in line to get a beer. I walked over to speak with him. We hadn't seen each other in probably five or six years. Another guy cut in line right in front of him before he could get his beer. Then, when it was my friends turn, the bartender (Josh) was less than friendly. I realize that they're just pouring beer, but the gentleman was decidedly unfriendly, he did not smile even once; he did not even indicate that he was ready to take an order in anyway by acknowledging us with a look or anything. Heck, he didn't even speak to us. Honestly, he was just rude & beyond unfriendly. I don't get it. If you do not like your job, get a new one. If you don't like pouring beer for people (which does seem like a super great job), get a different job. The fact that he would be there on what appeared to be a fairly busy night, which is good for the business, and be so unpleasant is beyond my comprehension. So, the beer selection is very eclectic, with something for everyone. It's super great that you can buy beer to go. The female bartender was awesome. I'm conflicted on what sort of review that I should give Admiral pub, because there were so many positive aspects to it, except Josh pretty much ruined the entire experience by his sour demeanor (although I adore sour beers) and persistent scowl.

Cocktails were well done and the wine pairings recommended astute. Nothing to complain about except some of the items were cold - there was one person serving the entire bar and restaurant and obviously had some timing issues. Also some attitude: after delivering cocktails to my wife and me he forgot her mom's - after I reminded him he said "oh I know" and then proceeded to serve four other patrons' order at the bar and then another two top's before even starting hers. It finally arrived after the cold mushrooms were delivered. I'm chalking this up to a short staffed situation and a specific individual, so if you live nearby or are traveling through looking for a nice spot for dinner or lunch I would definitely recommend. The environment is also very pleasant with a nice bar and dining room of high top tables.

It's one of my favorite cuisines, so I was excited to try this place after finding it on Yelp. It was my last night in town on a work trip, and I finally had a little time to unwind on my own before heading home the next day. As soon as I walked in, I could tell from the atmosphere that I had found the right spot. I sat at the bar and was greeted almost immediately by the bartender (Laura M.), who was friendly and attentive throughout. The couple of other patrons nearby were also welcoming. At this point, I'm starting to think that might just be a Knoxville thing. This was my third trip to the city, I think, and I've had a similar experience each time. I ordered the Scotch egg with blueberry compote and the cottage pie with a side of onion gravy. I would have liked a little more sausage on the Scotch egg, but that is about the only critique I can come up with. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and both are dishes I would absolutely order again. I also tried a couple of local beers: a PB&J sour from XUL Beer Company that somehow really did taste like drinking a PB&J sandwich, and the Dr. Robot Blackberry Lemon Sour from Monday Night Brewing. Both were excellent. Overall, this was a great experience, and I'll definitely be looking for a reason to come back to Knoxville just so I can eat here again.

We waited for group to order ahead of us and then stoped up to side of bar to order. After order sat down at a high top table. They had a few high tops and lower tables in sitting area. There are a few TVs and a small stage. The music was a little loud but we were still able to have a conversation. The start of the food were Rueben balls. Five came out for the order with mustard and thousand island. These were good but could have been a little warmer. I got the fish and chips. It came with tartar sauce and a small Cole slaw. The fish was a single piece that was about two inches thick and about six inches long. It was very flaky and very well cooked. Plenty of chips came with the order. They were well seasoned. The star of the meal was my wife's order of Bangers and Mash. The Bangers were good but the mashed potatoes with gravy and onions were perfect. If I were ordering again that's what I would get. If you are okay with minimal table service and slightly loud music, then I would definitely give it a shot.

My spouse could only say "disappointing" about his. He ordered Thunder Road Chicken Nachos and a Caesar Salad. The Thunder sauce only penetrated the first layer of chips, so he requested another mini-ramekin (an extra 50 cents). A layer of raw (not pickled) jalapeño slices, some with seeds, dotted the top of the dish and was too hot for his taste, even with a ramekin of sour cream to soften the heat. And the Caesar salad: Unfortunately the greens became rather limp (lacked crunchiness) when coated with an oil-and-vinegar-tasting dressing. Thankfully a generous sprinkling of fresh Parmesan cheese and ample croutons completed the salad and made it acceptable. Not yet no least was our attentive server, whose name sounds like rain, treated us well.

It's in a weird, kind of out-of-the- way shopping center, next to a movie theater that's been turned into one of those odd evangelical worship centers (I wouldn't say "church"). That adds to the appeal I think. The staff are friendly and fun, which is what you'd expect in this kind of place. Some of the customers were cosplaying the night we were there, which again added to the fun atmosphere. Even the backlit menus are fun! We had 2 of their most popular cocktails: the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster (named for Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) and the Turing Test. The former comes with a buzz button, which is a seed that makes your mouth tingle. They tell you to take a drink, then chew the buzz button, then take another drink. I found the initial taste of the drink sort of one note. But after the buzz button, when I took another drink, I could taste the many layers of ingredients they use in this drink. It was definitely better. The Turing Test was supposed to have a walnut-ish taste. It was good, but the walnut ingredients were pretty low key. We had a huge lunch the day we went here, so we ordered some of their light bar fare as dinner. The Orbital Cheese was surprisingly good: crunchy parmesan pesto crostini bread that was wonderful on its own, but also really good with the melted feta cheese and tomato dipping sauce. The Rack of Rhynark included bacon, sausage, a few roasted potatoes and a (bland) slaw sort of thing made with radishes or cabbage or something along those lines. This dish was okay -- the bacon being the best thing about it. You don't really come here for the food though anyway, it's the weird drinks and the atmosphere. It's worth a visit!

The drinks we ordered were absinthe specials, which were served in creative and smoky ways. Note: these were strong drinks :P I saw food at other tables and the pizza looked great.
