After submitting the order, the app froze, and I couldn't tell whether it had actually gone through, even though my card had already been charged. I politely asked an employee if they could simply verify whether the order had been received in their system. Instead of making an effort to help, they seemed unwilling to check and were dismissive of my concern. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I was surprised by the lack of willingness to assist with what should have been a simple request. Afterward, I asked if it would be possible to add lemon pepper seasoning to all of the chicken in my order. I made it clear that I was happy to pay any additional charge. Again, the interaction felt unprofessional, and there was little effort to provide good customer service or offer an alternative. I completely understand that employees have policies they must follow, and I respect that. My disappointment isn't because I was told "no"--it's because of the way the situation was handled. Courtesy, communication, and a willingness to help are what customers remember, especially on a large order. I hope management takes this feedback constructively. Great customer service isn't about always saying yes--it's about treating customers with respect and making a genuine effort to help when possible.

Then they bring out the second part of my order and Dude hands me a single Dilly Bar? I was like, "Bro, I ordered a box." Dude goes back inside, comes back out and hands me a paper bag full of individual bars. WTF, over?
