It's been almost 7 months since Nick and his team repaired and waterproofed the outside wall of our basement. We've had a number of rain storms and wet weather since our repair that previously would have resulted in water in our basement, however Nick's work has held up extremely well and our basement continues to remain totally dry. Prior to calling N.A.D., I spoke to a number of contractors who presented me with theories about why water was coming into our basement when it rained. When I called Nick, he came to our house, looked at our basement wall both from inside and outside the house, and confidently explained the cause of our problem to me. In addition, Nick further explained in detail the steps that would be needed to remedy the problem. We hired Nick and he and his men were at our house on the agreed upon date and promptly at the time he said they would be there. Nick and his guys worked diligently to complete the repair and, when finished, cleaned up the area where the excavation and repair work were done so it barely looked disturbed. I am so pleased with N.A.D.'s work on our house and would strongly recommend Nick and N.A.D. for your masonry and waterproofing. Nick is professional and stands by his commitments. And, just as important, his prices are very reasonable. ---Steve B.---

Vinny and Christian did an amazing job…read more Vinny is the owner and is an honest, hard-working, trustworthy man. As many of you have probably experienced in your home repairs there are lots of contractors that don't show up to the appointment they made or they try to sell you on services that you don't need and are unnecessary but a way for them to inflate the bill. You don't have to worry about that with Diamond Masonry! We are very happy to have found them. It was a true blessing. Rest assured that you can trust them to do the right thing.

We are happy to recommend Diamond. Our basement had been leaking on and off since we moved in and…read morewe needed it waterproofed. Long story short Diamond Masonary was great. They finished the job in two days and were fairly priced. It's been about a month and we haven't seen a leak yet despite all the snow and rain. If we do I will update. Give them a call. They didn't reflect the negative reviews I read on here. If you want the full details read on. Vinny came to our house and was very detailed in explaining what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He listened to my questions (I tend to have a lot) and didn't try to upsell us. I assumed the problem would need a French drain and more and he felt confident that we didn't need to go to that expense. He said he could do all of that but we would be fine with an exterior membrane. I met with two other waterproofers who pretty much said the same and Vinny was the middle quote -yet we still chose him because he was honest and down to earth. Also I liked that his sons do the work so I trust they will take care to do it right. They scheduled us pretty quickly and got to work right away at 7 am. Three of them hand dug a 25 ft x 9 ft trench over two days (originally was supposed to be one but they needed a second because of our collapsing soil). They sealed the foundation and took care to replace my window wells, put my Sprinkler lines back, and stack the pavers they had to remove. They were respectful to me and my neighbors and didn't mind me hawking over to see them work every once and a while. We were very pleased with their work would recommend them.

I reached out to Ramon to ask for his advice. He stopped by within 24 hours of our initial contact. He suggested that we insulate the foundation walls and install a vapor barrier. I noticed some concerns in the coming days so I reached out and he came back within a few days to rectify those concerns. 10 out of 10 would recommend for all your waterproofing jobs.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon!
