I highly recommend their service.

They did a free diagnostic and suddenly my car needed thousands of dollars worth of work, most of which ended up being nothing. They said I had a radiator leak. I decided to bring it there, since they found the leak instead of my regular mechanic (lesson learned) at which point they did another diagnostic and charged me. I don't know why since my car was there two weeks before. $400 later to change a radiator hose. The first time I drove, the car leaked fluid all over my driveway. I brought the car to my regular mechanic at which point instantly knew it was the radiator...without $125 diagnostic fee. Yup, it cost less to replace your radiator then to get a radiator hose replaced TLC. Prices are very high. I did call and complain and they did refund me back the not needed diagnostic fee. But I wasted $400 on a repair I didn't need. Plus, the aggravation and having to pay again to have the real problem fixed. The staff was nice, I will give them credit for that. I will not be going back there. I gave two stars because the staff was friendly.

Was told it may take 3 weeks to finish so I was patient but after 4 weeks it became quite annoying, especially since I had to rent a car. Picked it up and was told that it had a bit of "hesitation" and that it was probably the transmission or dirty fuel injectors, Gary suggested high octane fuel and fuel injector cleaner. Why they didn't investigate this further prior to telling me the truck was ready was stupid and unprofessional, but I trusted Gary. I tried both and it still ran terribly. Brought it to a transmission shop and was told that the transmission was perfect. Brought the truck back to Motor Works and I was told that the truck needed a 02 sensors and fuel sensors, which were replaced by Motor Works. Left motor works and then found the engine had a vibration. Took my truck to a trusted mechanic that told me motor works never replaced the harmonic balancer which causes the vibration. Motor works should have replaced this part but never did. I was also told by Motor Works that the engine mounts should have been replaced, to which I agreed, but in hindsight I probably should have inspected first. Unfortunately, I was too trusting, and it was close to Christmas. The entire job cost me OVER $10,000.00 and my truck still runs with a vibration. During this disgraceful process, I was also told that the timing belt should be replaced, to which I acquiesced. Items like oil filter, oil, plugs etcetera were not included in the price that I paid to which I think is ridiculous. Gary speaks very well and appears to be educated in his business but at the end of the day my kindness was taken advantage of. There are other motor replacement companies out there. Don't be taken advantage of by this guy, you will regret it. Gary, I know you will respond back with bogus facts and will try to defend the shoddy work that you did, but you and I both know what you did.

From the time I walked in the door everything was handled unprofessionally. The girl sitting behind the front desk was extremely rude and sitting on her cell phone. Not to mention her pants were unbuttoned like she was lounging at home with her foot on the desk. When I asked to speak with the owner I was given an attitude & a loud sigh as she reluctantly put her phone down and went to get him. Once the owner came up to speak with me, he seemed to have no idea of the situation I was speaking about, you would have thought I was speaking another language. He immediately ushered me off to speak with who I assume is the shop manager & walked away. This man was immediately on the defense Leaving me little room to voice my concern. I almost felt as if he tried to intimidate me out of my complaints (which he barely let me explain). After feeling Disregarded and unheard I walked out & felt the need to warn the Public about using such a poorly run business. Although in the end my truck was repaired properly I would never expose myself to such a shit show again. Take your trucks else where, this place a a joke & over priced.
