He told me he would be at our home sometime between 3 and 7 and sure enough, he was. He had told me over the phone there would be a service charge (very reasonable and much less than Best Buy and what Samsung told me) and if he had to replace anything or take it back with him, there would be an additional charge. He looked at the tv, told me it was a problem with the wiring in the wall, fixed it and was done. AND, he was a very nice guy to boot! I would recommend him highly.
