Service was bad from the jump, but I guess I just really wanted an affordable washer and dryer and needed them urgently. When they were scheduled to install the machines they came several hours late and didn't even communicate to me that plans had changed, so I lost a whole day waiting for them. More importantly the washing machine only lasted 8 months before it stopped working, I had to pay them to repair it and the owner promised to cover the repair--meaning that if anything happened within 90 days, he would repair it for free. The machine broke down again not even two months later and he ignored me for a week when I tried to contact him and then eventually told me to get a local repair person. Long story short, I should've never tried it, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as the owner sounded like a nice guy. I will probably end up buying new machines now as both machines are out and its not worthwhile to spend a lot of money to repair them. read more

Amazing! Went to this store reluctantly in the wake of setting off to another utilized machine store as a part of Montauk Hwy. Amazingly this was a totally distinctive ordeal praise to the general population at WILLIES APPLIANCES INC! I obtained an utilized fridge and stove that I believed was new, it was so decent and another washer and dryer. Hands down best around tons to browse, shabby costs will do a reversal on the off chance that I require whatever else. : ) read more

Ordered a refrigerator from there. It looked brand new but it was not. I got it for an excellent price. They delivered it and even took away my old one. The whole experience was excellent from the knowledgeable sales girl to the delivery men. They were fast with the delivery and right in time. Definitely will be getting another item from willie's! read more

I called Willie's Appliances looking for a new dented MayTag front loading washing machine. I went right over because I was told they had quite a few of them. Should have been a one hour and 45 minute ride without traffic, but actually took me close to three hours, bad timing on my part. I went to Mastic, no MayTag's there and was directed by the workers to the Hauppauge location. Well guess what, there were none there either, they lied to me. This was a big waste of of my time. The showrooms at both locations were tiny, nothing like the pictures in their phony advertising. All they had was used junk, not even one machine that was a dent return like was described to me on the phone. I do wonder why no one has complained to the authorities, Guess I'll be the first one and I'll be happy to do it read more
