I made several calls to several Landscape companies and also individuals that work in the masonry business and I had 2 people show up and several "No shows" and some just never call back. I was very disappointed that in this area and so near to Dallas that I couldn't find anyone. I then started back up on the internet and came across Green Rhino Landscapes, I seen a reveiw that sparked interest and the gentlemen even left his number (mind you the work had been done a while back) so I picked up the phone and called him. This gentlemen spoke "highly" about the quality of work and the reliability of Ryan and his workers. I then called Ryan and explained my scope of work and he came to the house, looked at the drawings I had and gave me plenty of time to explain what I wanted. Ryan never came across as a wise guy but he did one thing that the other guys didn't do and that was he listened and reviewed my drawings and also gave me some advise as to what would work better for my yard. We exchanged some paperwork and off he went. Within No time I had an estimate emailed to me. Ryan was very patient with me while I made changes to the plan, not once, not twice but three (maybe more) times. He also provided new estimates each time. Once everything was agreed apon, Ryan and his crew were here on the day and time coordinated. The work that was done was 110% above expectation. The stone border was installed properly and every square inch is level. Quality of work was the highest I have ever seen. The job site during the building process was kept clean each day. The materials used were exactually what we wanted, stone selection matched our existing stone on our home. I as the homeowner had input and any questions I had during any part of the job, Ryan took the time to explain in detail. I was never left out of the process. I am a very detailed person and I like to know where my money is being spent, I watched every process and feel that at No time was I over charged for any materials or at No time was the work short changed in any step. This company gave me Quality work, a fair price, Ability to ask questions before, during and after, Confidence in their work and Reliability. Work ethics are high. Now I am getting runaround on getting a crew back out to fix it. David keeps telling me that I was on the schedule last week and he doesn't know what happened. I am not upset about the leaks from initial installation as the home is custom with a few non standard joints, but the lack of responsiveness to make the warranty repairs is disappointing. The ceiling drywall was repaired in anticipation of the roof leak being fixed and it has been over 2 weeks from the time a DFW Premium Roofing crew was scheduled for repairs and still no show. I hate leaving 1-star comments and will amend if this gets taken care of.

He came out the next day, right on time (even texted when he was on the way), and gave us a free estimate. He was clear and detailed about next steps - calling 811, picking out a tree, etc. He was back a few days later, with the tree we picked out, and got to work! He dug out the old tree, planted the new one, cleaned up impeccably, and then gave us instructions on how to keep the new tree healthy. He charged exactly what he quoted, and was so so helpful the whole way through.
