Chopper and his buddies at daycare
Denise B.

I LOVE these guys!! Eddie is the best and has been walking my dog for nearly 10 years. Chopper is definitely a tough dog (long story). He dislikes most humans but loves Eddie!! Chopper responds to Eddie like no other and I can't imagine not being a part of this family!! I get daily pics from Eddie and can see what a great day Chopper is having. Rain or shine they are there for Chopper and me!!

Chilling with the pack.

I am so happy to have found these amazing people! We adopted a 12 pound rescue dog after the first of the year, and while he is a love bug, he did come with challenges! Doriam is a dog whisperer...totally zen...totally cool. Our little man joined the pack a few months ago, meaning he gets to go out on pack walks for several hours during the week so his days are structured, disciplined, and safe. Beats a doggie day care where some dogs like mine are lost in a group with no structure. Plus they offer boarding when you are away - such a relief to have someone who knows our dog and dogs in general. Oh, and the pictures are priceless!

Amazing service, caring, training and support. Out 2 rescues couldn't walk on a leash or know how to greet other dogs - thanks to Doriam and Eddie - new lives and happy outings with the dog crew at lb k9 club. My dogs hear the van before I see it and wriggle and wag and whine with happy anticipation. Great value, safe and caring family company!! The bests!!

Senior squad goals achieved!

If I could give Long Beach K9 Club more stars I would - like the whole galaxy times infinity! This family- owned business is made up of the most skillful dog psychology, walking and training experts in all of Long Beach. I am so grateful to have found LB K9 Club for my 8 year old sweetheart. It makes me so happy that she has a meaningful and fun day while I am at work. Zucca (means pumpkin in Italian) trained with packs as a pup and throughout her adult life, then her pack moved to Huntington Beach only. Her previous pack was taking puppies only because of the pandemic puppy boom. Zucca moves a little slower and needs a senior pack. I tried walkers and some other services and was so sad and disappointed that she was not getting what she needed in terms of discipline, exercise and affection. I can just tell when I get home and interact with her. I am beyond thrilled with the service. Eddie is our walker and he is also an amazing photographer! I get the most beautiful pictures and videos of my sweetheart and her senior squad. I can 100% tell they love my Zucca and care for her like family. Thank you for bringing us into the pack Doriam!

Bella enjoying the day with her friends!

It has only been 24 hours since our virtual training session and I have completely new dogs. Gunner…read morewent to Karma Dog when he was a puppy and was rather well behaved until we adopted a new dog; things fell apart after that. Anastasia met with us virtually and we used video chat for her to observe and correct. I am so impressed with how she was able to identify an easy plan of attack to help our dogs (and us) live a less stressful life. Walking Gunner this morning was a joy versus the wrestling match I normally have. The postman comes today so ... that is our next big challenge :) I highly recommend Anastasia at Karma Dog. She is phenomenal!

I recently did the vacation package with Karma Dog Training, and David stayed at my home for five…read moredays to work with my long-haired mini dachshund, Sissy Noodle. I can't say enough good things about the experience! Sissy was proving nearly impossible to potty train, but with David's guidance she finally started going outside consistently. He really jump-started her potty training and gave her the foundation she needed for better socialization, which was such a relief since she's a rescue and I had only had her for about a week and a half before the training started. David was so respectful of my home and went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while I was away. He sent daily text updates (often multiple times a day) with photos and videos, which reassured me that Sissy was doing fine and thriving. He was also extremely responsive via text, which gave me such peace of mind. Because Sissy was still scared of humans at the beginning, she wasn't ready to pick up all the commands like sit, stay, and come during the vacation package. But David didn't give up--he signed us up for follow-up obedience classes and even did a private session with me afterward. That's when everything clicked, and Sissy quickly learned her commands and blossomed under his training. I am so grateful for David and Karma Dog Training. Sissy has come so far thanks to their work, and I trust them completely with her care and training. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trainer who is compassionate, reliable, and truly invested in your dog's success.

They followed our food instructions. It was my first time boarding the babies and I wasn't expecting how bad they smelled picking them up 4 days later. Lol but they were all fine when I got them.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.
