I can't say enough good things about the experience! Sissy was proving nearly impossible to potty train, but with David's guidance she finally started going outside consistently. He really jump-started her potty training and gave her the foundation she needed for better socialization, which was such a relief since she's a rescue and I had only had her for about a week and a half before the training started. David was so respectful of my home and went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while I was away. He sent daily text updates (often multiple times a day) with photos and videos, which reassured me that Sissy was doing fine and thriving. He was also extremely responsive via text, which gave me such peace of mind. Because Sissy was still scared of humans at the beginning, she wasn't ready to pick up all the commands like sit, stay, and come during the vacation package. But David didn't give up--he signed us up for follow-up obedience classes and even did a private session with me afterward. That's when everything clicked, and Sissy quickly learned her commands and blossomed under his training. I am so grateful for David and Karma Dog Training. Sissy has come so far thanks to their work, and I trust them completely with her care and training. I just came here to find a happy, healthy place for a pooch, not to receive a litmus test by some self-righteous, indoctrinated political activist. Judging by the tone and content of the conversation, I don't believe these two to be rational, mature nor responsible individuals. I take care-giving very seriously. It requires a certain amount of integrity and ethics. For my part, these two do not measure up to those standards.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.
