10/10. Even when we get the "you might be struck by lightning warning." #worthit #garyread more

There's something undeniably summer about combining a leisurely lunch with a round of golf. And…read morewhen you do it at The Club at Inverness, it's a Colorado experience you won't forget. Over the weekend we indulged in this exact day, starting with lunch at Breckenridge Brewery, Ale & Game House on the golf course, and finishing with 9 holes. We arrived at The Club at Inverness and headed outside to Breckenridge Brewery's beer garden. The lovely views included manicured greens, fountains, and a pond. It was the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. The menu boasted an array of options, from classic pub fare to local beers. The Palisade Peach Wheat was made with peaches from Palisade Colorado - it was a fruit-forward unfiltered American-style wheat ale bursting with bright and juicy peach flavor. The Juice Drop IPA had a distinct coconut-like characteristic. There were tropical hop layers without bitterness due to the experimental hop known as HBC 472. The Pub Burger was made with American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickle tomato, onion, house sauce, & a side of coleslaw. The burger was great & had a nice juicy patty. The Reuben was made with sliced pastrami, rye bread, Dijon, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, & thousand island dressing. The pastrami delivered a smoky & spicy flavor with a slightly sweet undertone. The sandwich had a satisfyingly crunchy texture from the rye bread and sauerkraut. Following our lunch, we walked over to The Club to golf. Tee times are open to hotel guests and members only. The Club offers social memberships for Colorado residents, which include several perks such as food and beverage discounts, pro shop deals, guest passes, and more. The Golf Marshalls Don & Smokey were wonderful and made sure we were comfortable with the course and had everything we needed to play. Designed by legendary architect J. Press Maxwell, Inverness Golf Course is a true gem. The course is a strategic thinker's paradise, with subtle slopes, rolling fairways, and menacing bunkers that demand careful shot placement. Even on a very hot day in August, the challenge was irresistible, and we had a great time. As guests at Inverness, we got a taste of the lifestyle offered to members!

Itching to sling some balls at the driving range? COME HERE! (The range is large, offers signage for various distances and a bucket of 30 balls is just $4!) Down to engage with super friendly staff? COME HERE! (Everyone in the pro shop was unbelievably helpful, informative and just plain nice!) Interesting in playing a pristine green executive course? COME HERE! (Although there isn't a Par 3 course, the executive course offers a few par 4's and par 3 holes, which allows seasoned and new golfers to a challenge!) Want to join a league or spruce up date night? COME HERE! (Couples leagues, along with men's, women's and kids leagues are offered, along with Sunday Funday leagues!) Craving an ice cold beverage after playing 9 holes? COME HERE! (The links grill is cooking up some delicious eats and has a full bar! Killer patio and plenty of seating included!) Because we are closing on a home just up the street, we were pleasantly surprised to find Links was just a stones throw away from our new digs! I can't wait to return and be part of the community!

The executive course offers a nice blend of mainly par 3 with a a few par 4 thrown into the mix. You will not find a par 5 though. The grounds are kept up nicely and the greens are quite fast. The staff is always polite and welcoming the moment you walk in. That's always appreciated. The grill offers inexpensive sandwiches and beverages of all sorts. Make it a double always I say. The Links is a bit off the beaten path near Quebec and C470 but def worth the drive to enjoy a relaxing day of golf.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! Everyone is helpful, courteous, and truly knows…read moretheir ski gear. I purchased new boots in August and returned on 10/26/2025 to get them heat molded. Jason greeted me right away with a friendly handshake and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my right foot, explained the process, and made precise adjustments until the fit was just right. I learned a lot about my boots just from chatting with him--he's professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Service like this really stands out. Thank you, Jason, for getting my boots mountain-ready and making the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for ski gear or expert service!

Our family of five skiers has spent a lot of money with Epic over the years (three growing kids)!…read moreWe've alway had a good experience until today, when I needed to exchange a set of brand new poles with the tag still on (just a tiny bit too tall for my growing teenage son, needed to exchange for one size smaller). My husband bought the poles last weekend, without me present, and of course he no longer had the receipt, as husbands are wont to do. I figured they have our purchases on file so I went in for the exchange. One staffer was super helpful, quickly grabbing a new set of poles in the size we needed. Unfortunately when the redhead went to do the exchange, she accused me of returning used poles because the rubber on the handles was slightly scuffed--I said no, they were just purchased last weekend and the tag is still on (with the snow was bad as it's been this year, we've hardly been up at all!). I said--that must be how you sell them, because you can see this new set I was just handed was also scuffed up on the handle. Of course after that she found the order (under my phone number not my husband's) but it feels pretty crappy to be accused of something when you're just a loyal customer trying to get the right size gear for your child. I have to say, I'll think twice before visiting this Park Meadows location again. Maybe Aurora will be better.
