I am only here for a month and my insurance has a contract with this facility. However upon entering the door they were very discouraging that I even start there. They wanted me to pay additional above my insurance allowances and were very rude in speaking down to me like I was stupid as if I didn't understand a word they were saying repeating themselves over and over about the charges. It's next to impossible to get any resolution. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this facility in the leas Judy, thank you for your very kind and professional response. My employers never required me to bring a note when I missed days from work! I just didn't feel welcome and it didn't feel right.

So this is a fantastic little gym…read more You walk in and are greeted almost immediately. They have a sitting area for you to hangout with a TV. And they have NICE machines. Everything was well maintained. Spacious for the space size. It was organized well. Lots of hammer strength machines which are some of my favorite. The power rack area is a little tight, but they have everything well maintained and stuff is super nice. Probably one of the better anytimes I have been to. My only beef with this gym is how far it is from where I stayed. But it's Lubbock where everything is 10 minutes away. So, while it's 10 minutes away after working in the hospital all day it just sucks. But if that's my only complaint then honestly, I don't have much to complain about here. Go sign up for this gym. I was forced to sign a 12 month contract before I was even offered a tour of the place. I signed up went to work out and was horrified by what I saw. This place is disgusting. The ceiling is literally falling in, in multiple places. It smells like mold mildew and has not been cleaned in probably ten years or more. The equipment was broke down. The staff was so unhelpful and tacky. Do Not Waste your time or your money with this trashy place!! There are so many better places in town that are 100x better all the way around. ITS VERY OBVIOUS that there are major issues ranging from structural, to plumbing and even exercise equipment that have clearly been left in those conditions for quite some time- certainly long before I came there. Why on earth would I want to give that another chance or even risk my health or safety in such an environment? I will be calling BBB and health department on this place the only thing Premier about it is the bad attitude from the manager. EDIT: luckily I've discovered I actually did NOT sign a contract so there shouldn't be any further issue, or contact from this company. Would I like my money back?
