So this is a fantastic little gym…read more You walk in and are greeted almost immediately. They have a sitting area for you to hangout with a TV. And they have NICE machines. Everything was well maintained. Spacious for the space size. It was organized well. Lots of hammer strength machines which are some of my favorite. The power rack area is a little tight, but they have everything well maintained and stuff is super nice. Probably one of the better anytimes I have been to. My only beef with this gym is how far it is from where I stayed. But it's Lubbock where everything is 10 minutes away. So, while it's 10 minutes away after working in the hospital all day it just sucks. But if that's my only complaint then honestly, I don't have much to complain about here. Go sign up for this gym. It's great.

No one ever asked if I needed any assistance. I saw a female trainer. she was talking to two ladies. She never acknowledged my presence, let alone ask if she could help or made an attempt to find someone that could help. The staff was so unhelpful and tacky. Do Not Waste your time or your money with this trashy place!! There are so many better places in town that are 100x better all the way around. ITS VERY OBVIOUS that there are major issues ranging from structural, to plumbing and even exercise equipment that have clearly been left in those conditions for quite some time- certainly long before I came there. Why on earth would I want to give that another chance or even risk my health or safety in such an environment? I will be calling BBB and health department on this place the only thing Premier about it is the bad attitude from the manager. Here's why, the courts 3-4 are so hot you feel like you're in a sauna. It's almost unbearable to be in the gym. Not sure how kids can play in the extreme heat. In addition to it being so hot, they make you pay to get into the gym. $5.00 to be hot? Yikes! So as far as competitive teams, the local parent said they never travel because area teams travel to them to play such as: Hobbs, Clovis, Dell City. Eh, don't think I'd want to drive back for those teams. We travel often and Vegas as been the best out of town tourney for us. More exposure and the top of top kids traveling to play ball with other elite kids. We won the tourney and were expecting to get at least a trophy. Nope, both teams got cheesy medals. Eh, it was just $160 to register but still, you'd think they'd do more at least for the winners of the tourneys. What could trophies really cost? Anyhow, I'm sure as a resident we'd enjoy this location for the amenities but for an out of town tourney, no way! Thanks Lubbock!

Upon entering, no matter what time of day my workout is, one of the employees greets me with a smile and addresses me by my name. Again, I've only been going a month and they are so good they all memorized my name after the first time I met them. The coaches always have positive words while in the workouts and challenges us to improve our performance every day. I have been going 4-5 times per week and have dropped roughly 12 pounds this month (this is obviously combined with a healthy diet). These workouts have produced as much, if not more, results for me in a month than I would in 6 months during my high school football days. I've always been an athlete, yet I don't think I've ever felt more athletic. If you're looking for a gym that treats its members like family, pushes you to your limits daily, and truly loves seeing results from its members, this is your place.

There are people with all different body types trying to be healthier. 4. Get there on time, they have strict on time policies that you need to adhere to. 5. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the coaches are there for you. 6. Everyone knows each other, you will be like an outsider on your first session. Don't let that frighten you! Over time you will get to know everyone. 7. Please understand what the orange theory actually is. Many websites explain it very well so please look into it. You aren't going to get shredded just doing orange theory. 8. Overall orange theory is very worth it if you understand what you are getting yourself into.
