I began going to Southwest Plastic Surgery periodically for six years for injectables. The nurse…read morethat would provide the services for me is Ysette. She was always very professional and knowledgeable of the services provided as I was a newcomer to the world of injectables. After 5 years of being a patient there, I was preparing for my wedding (6 months out) and I decided to schedule a procedure that would consist of a series of 6 consecutive appointments and would cost around $1,800.00. I committed to it and paid the money up front. I attended one appointment, but unfortunately, for the second appointment, I was moved to another location without notification from the staff and missed the appointment. I travel 50 miles for these appointments and take PTO or vacation time from my job to be able to make these appointments every week. Needless to say, I was less than pleased. After that, I requested to cancel the remaining five scheduled appointments and requested a refund of my money with exception of the cost for the first appointment which I had attended. I was told that a refund would be credited to my credit card of approximately $1,500.00 and it would take a couple of weeks to process. Upon waiting several weeks for my refund, I began calling the office several times per to follow up. I was told twice by staff members that the refund would be by check and that the "check was in the mail" (Erik and Crystal). This all occurred in May of last year (2022) and to date, I have yet to receive a refund. Sadly, the office manager never returned my calls. Having been an office manager myself for law offices and superintendent of schools offices, I was very displeased at the lack of professionalism here. This facility makes millions of dollars per year doing much more invasive procedures such as breast implants, butt implants, full face lifts, mommy make-overs, etc. Why is is so important to them to keep my little $1,500? Its chump change to them, but to me it's a big cost. Apparently, the office manager did agree to give me a credit there but the point was that I could no longer make the trips to El Paso for any service. A credit to my patient account does me no good.

Dr. Frank Agullo has a gift. I have seen it first hand. His abilities to take care of his patients…read moregoes beyond his excellent clinical skill sets. He too is a humanitarian and very mindful of the gift he possesses. A son of mine plays soccer and due to his activities he broke his nose. The injury was such that it created great difficulty with his breathing. The need for a specialized hand to do both repair and make him look good was high. He still pays soccer in college. It was a difficult decision to do, specifically because he continues to play competitively. The risk of re-injury is always looming. Having said this, his nose is perfect. He can breath. He can compete at a high level and did I mention he looks way better. His septum is in line. Now he still must alway be extremely mindful of the heavy competition at the collegiate level. These kids and skilled men play extremely rough; nevertheless, allow me to mention, if we had to do the rhinoplasty again there is no doubt who we would recommend. He is gifted with his touch and skills of a surgical artist. Great Regards. Dr. Alex Jimenez

This was my first ever cosmetic procedure of any sort, so needless to say, I was rather cautious. I…read morechose doctor pate mainly due to the fact that he did not charge any consultation fees, as well as his extensive experience. I can honestly say, even though he isn't as well known as some of the other cosmetic surgeons in El Paso, I do not regret coming to him at all. He is extremely friendly, and will awnser any and all questions you may have, no problem. I can't honestly say a bad thing about him. In only 5 days post op, but thus far everything he has said was completely accurate. He has more experience than any other doctor in EP, and it shows. His office staff is a bit quiet, not as outgoing, but he makes up for it. After the procedure in case I had any concerns he gave me his home phone number just In case I had a question about anything outside of normal hours. Bottom line is this. If you're considering getting a procedure done, go see Dr. Pate, the consult is free so you have nothing to lose. You will not regret anything.

Horrible. They…read morestarted off pretty good, but apparently knew injury laws better than I did. I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.
