They said that they would talk with the Dr and call me back. No more than an hour later I received a call back from the office and was told that Dr. Weislow was going to cover my bill. The next thing I knew, they had me set up for all of the adjustments my insurance would allow for the year, along with extra "classes" and self promoting videos in which this doctor is presented as some weird guru or something. It was a classic con - they tried to make me believe that I was going to become disabled if I didn't immediately join their little cult. I remember being really confused, because I'm active and practice yoga and hike and bike and actually have a really flexible spine. I knew that this is not normal, I also knew that in case I got in some kind of accident or something, it would be really bad for me to have used my chiropractic coverage up on that. It's insanely predatory to behave in this way. I canceled my remaining sessions and never went back. Like others here - I STILL GOT BILLED. It's a mystery how this place is still in operation. Since then, I did actually experience a minor accident. I have unfortunately also moved out of El Paso. I went to a recommended chiropractor from across all fields, in my new home, and found out what I already innately knew... aside from my recent injury and a minor misalignment elsewhere, my spine is very healthy. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, and everyone always remembers us when we go in. My first visit was right before the pandemic started to get really bad, so I didn't go back for a couple months after. When I finally did have to go back in, I was so relieved and grateful for all the measures they have taken to keep everyone safe. They implement the mask policy for everyone in the office (patients & staff) and are doing temperature checks as you come in. Additional efforts are being made to keep patients as distanced as possible. As far as the treatments go, I have suffered from chronic neck pain for going on 10 years now, and regular sciatic pain for about 2 years now. Since coming to Del Norte, both issues have significantly improved. I also greatly appreciate the different therapies that are included in the appointment, (especially the 30 min massage after the adjustment). I am so grateful for the treatment and care I have received so far, and look forward to continued treatment. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I have been to other chiropractors who have had some higher powered tech used with their treatments, that did seem to work as preventive therapy from future need to return. The chiropractors themselves in those offices were very impersonal though, so I definitely prefer Del Norte! Very satisfied!

I researched on-line and Dr. Sara Guido's reviews were all excellent, so there I went. And I am SO glad I did. After just one month of treatment, the pain has subsided. I have much more mobility in my neck due mostly to the neck stretching exercises she's given me. She uses a pressure release device on my neck and shoulders and it's made a huge difference regarding the tension and tightness I was experiencing in those areas. I cannot give Dr. Guido a higher rating. She's got me going three days per week and I am told I will continue on that schedule until she feels we can draw back from that a bit. I certainly am not one to argue with this woman! She is helping me immensely.

I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.
