Hmmm...so then I didnt have to get geneo facial just to get extractions yet when I called to book, and said I wanted extractions they automatically scheduled me for the geneo which doesn't include that service. Yeah, makes no sense. I guess ask more questions because if something is broken they'll simply say that its not included in what you purchased and it was included last time because you were lucky.
