First time here, booked online for a bleach & tone. If I could give less than one star - I would. The stylist was completely inept. 3 1/2 hours and roots had still not lifted. At this point scalp was visibly burned and red - her solution? Put me under the dryer. Still not working, "Well, I could rinse and start over" Seriously???!!! I spent half a day here, walked out with wet hair, burned scalp and a completely botched job. Do yourself a favor - go to a salon that knows what the hell they are doing. read more

Had a last-minute foil and cut with Jessica. I completely lucked out getting in with her and am SO pleased I did. My color is on-point, exactly what I wanted. The salon atmosphere is awesome and Jessica was easy going and fun to talk with. All the other chairs looked like they had great cuts and colors going on too! I went to London's salon for the first time on September 6th. It's so nice and clean inside and has a slight industrial aesthetic. Being on Dock Street, it's a great location. Sarah Leonard cut my hair and did such an amazing job. I had an appointment but when I arrived, she was coloring another clients hair. I told her to focus on her other client but she assured me that she'll be able to do both no problem and she executed it perfectly. I also appreciate how she is open to texting as well as calling her personal phone, and she offers her own monthly specials which is fun. Unfortunately, Amy the brow goddess has left. Very sad! I got a haircut here before she left, and it was about as good as a $30 haircut, but the stylist was $60. It looked good walking out but didn't hold up to the first wash! I didn't get any complements from friends either, which is always a bad sign! Not worth it. I'm going back to Gene Juarez. I saw Jessel for sugaring - I got a Brazilian done. She was friendly and efficient. I like the end result, but had a couple issues with the experience. I've been getting sugared for years and when finished the esthetician always puts coconut oil or some kind of oil on the area for optimal softness and to prevent ingrown hairs. Jessel did not do this and still charged $100. I was shocked by the price as typically Brazilian sugaring goes for around $65, give or take. She said she had a groupon out, so if you decide to make an appt with her make sure you buy that so the value is there. Overall a good experience, yet without the finishing touches and the price I have to give it a 2 star rating. read more

Mikela is the best stylist I have ever gone to. Londons is a lovely salon, easy to park. But, the magic for me is the care and attention of Mikela. She does my color and cut, as well as my husbands cut and styling. Best I have ever had. Listens, has great skill, continually learning and she's funny! My husband went to a barber for years. He can see the difference. He wouldn't go back! We travel 1 1/2 hour to see her. read more

I've been coming to Shea Lovrovich at London's for over two years now and I absolutely adore her! My hair has never been done as great as she manages to get it every single time! I never thought that I could pull off blonde hair but she balayaged me up to blonde beautifully ! I always try and recommend people to see her. Lets start off by saying AMY V, AMY V, AMY V! Amazing experience that I had! I have been in washington for almost 3 years and still struggled to find a good hair stylist. I would wait until I visited my home state until I got a hair cut, which would be about once a year. I had heard lots of great things about Amy V, so I made an appointment. I wanted a big change, so I went from a faded dyed brown, to purple. I was super nervous, especially from the experiences I've had here. Because of the long process we had to do in order to succeed at the color I was going for, we had to make it a late appointment. Now on to the amazing lady that helped me out. Amy was so awesome! Her personality was just so adorable! She takes her time, and clarified exactly what I was looking for. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and got a way better out come! Again, because of the process, we didn't finish until 1030, but she didn't rush to finish. Overall a great place. I will definitely be seeing amy again!
