We used to get our glasses here maybe once every two years. Last two experiences have been very…read moredisappointing. We live far and went there because it is close to our hotel. They used to get the glasses done in a few days and we would pick it up before we leave LA. Now, it takes maybe a week for them to complete. Therefore, we got the completed glasses shipped to our house. I'm okay with waiting if it comes out correctly. My mom got two lenses put into two different frames. She kept complaining that they made her dizzy and couldn't wear them. We recently went to Korea and got the lenses replaced. We found out the prescription was not only incorrect ,but the focal point for her eyes were at the upper part of the frame (not where her eyes are). The new lenses from Korea are great! I also went there recently (before our trip to Korea) for new lenses and ended up just walking out. Service has gone down, craftsmanship has gone down and prices went up. I don't recommend anyone get their glasses done here and waste your money.

They've always been happy to do glasses adjustment for free, and really helped out when I bought what seems to be a frame with a design defect (they broke 3 times in the same place when I was using it normally and didn't drop or sit on them or anything like that-- most recebtly within a week of replacement). They went out of their way to make it right. I've found they've made a real effort to help me figure out what best suits my needs (transitions, lens type, etc), rather than what might make them the most profit-- which is sadly pretty rare nowadays. I highly recommend them!

Extremely disappointing experience…read more I purchased these glasses expecting a quality product, but they were noticeably unbalanced from the beginning. One temple arm sits at a different angle than the other, causing the frame to sit unevenly when worn. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, the owner refused to exchange the glasses or resolve the issue. I was left with a pair of glasses that I could not wear comfortably and a very frustrating customer service experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this optical shop to anyone looking for quality products or reliable after-sales service. There are many other optical shops that value their customers far more.
