The place alone is amazing to visit! So much to see, from beautiful trees, flowers, bird baths, landscape rocks, fountains, and ponds with Koi fish! I was personally there to pick out a landscape rock. Carlo was so helpful. He explained all the different types of rocks and which would be best to suit my needs for my new dwarf cherry tree. The rock was delivered on time as scheduled and the delivery man was so helpful in telling me how to keep my new dwarf cherry tree fertilized. Bought my Christmas trees at Dank for years until a few years ago when they stopped selling them, have gone to LL the past few. They always had small (under 7') trees, but not this year. Got a larger one ($119), put it in the stand right away and it is lapping up the water, but the needles are falling off in bunches...this is the worst tree I've ever had. He listened to my ideas, understood my vision, and enhanced the overall look with his own artistic, discerning eye. Jesse was extremely patient and made sure that I was pleased with each and every shrub selection. His team of Nelson, Sean and Doug did a great job of planting the beds. Jess from Londons came over to my house to help us plan our border garden. He did a beautiful job. The crew that came to install the plants did a great job as well. They left my yard looking neat and clean. Any question I have had since the instillation were answered promptly. I was at London Landscape yesterday to buy plants. I decided to by a Shamrock holly bush. When I brought it into the building to pay, I noticed two workers (the cashier and a female garden worker) were not wearing masks. I said to the cashier, "it's a state law that all people in stores and shops wear masks." she said to me "It's only a recommendation." I said "It's a law and you're putting me at risk with your ignorance." The cashier was a young simple woman, who tossed the receipt onto the counter after my purchase without a thank you. My wife mentioned "she must be the owners daughter to act so rude." I said "No matter who she is it's the last time I will ever shop here, there's plenty of nurseries on Long Island without dealing with that!" To which the cashier replied "you know I can hear you right?" My wife turned to her and I said "no way, she's not worth it," and we left. read more

My family has been going to London Landscape for years! We got our landscaping done by them a couple of years ago along with pave driveway/walkway and everything went smooth and came out lovely. We have them come to hand prune twice a year because we are not a fan of other landscapers using electric shears on our precious trees and shrubs. Every year we get out annuals (flowers,herbs etc.) and they always seem to have the best quality flowers. You can tell they get orders in every week and they keep everything fresh. So a friend recommended me to go to London for a bunch of trees and shrubs that died in super storm sandy. They are having a 25% off sale on all trees and shrubs which is a huge deal for us on the south shore! I brought a pic and Carlos, the nursery manager helped me pick out a bunch of stuff for my yard. He was so knowledgable and helpful. My purchase was pretty large so I had them deliver it for me and I also threw in a couple of yards of compost on the delivery as well.... They had some pretty amazing pottery and I had them plant some flowers in it for me. When you pay for everything you enter their gift shop which is run by the owners daughter, Nicole and i must say she was very friendly. They have some of the most unique items in there. It's very refreshing and I definitely plan on coming back here for some more flowers once it gets a little warmer out. I also want to get a couple of those really cool twig lanterns I saw in the gift shop. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it gets a little crazy and hectic in the yard, especially with that sale going on... read more
