The view overlooking the city. Priceless.
    Kevin C.

This place was nice just because of the rooftop overlooking the city you can't go wrong only thing was wrong was the food and overpriced, and a party of four the food came out for two and 30 minutes later here comes the other food when me my wife was done eating here come the other food and all there food came out missing thing so we asked for the management to see what going on with the food, the jerk chicken was not up to par he asked would we like something else but we refuse the drinks was nice as well as the view. The price of the view was priceless if I had the chance I would go back. Ifvtye foodceas good I would have them a 5 star.

Batman Vibes Galore from London House! Take the elevator up to the 23rd floor, there you will find the most amazing indoor/outdoor bar with the most incredible views of the Chicago City Skyline at night. Fabulous views & cocktails alike. Moi went with the "Old Fashion" for an old fashion style Chicago city night, kinda like the cherry on top. haha. Both the views & drinks, sensational & never to be forgotten. Highest Recommendations.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I attended a wonderful party, a wedding reception if you wanna get technical. And the hotel was a beautiful spot, close to the River Walk, Michigan Ave., Millennium Park. The view from the party room was killer - you could see the river, Wrigley, Trump and Marina Towers and the Tribune Tower. Aside from the Excellent location, the staff was very professional and personable. The bartenders were cool and laid back. The servers were always close by. The food was spectacular, I ate numerous lobstah rolls, had scallops as my main course and enjoyed the rolls with plenty of buttah. It was also a beautiful dancehall, I ended up doing some popping and locking and fyi, YouTube has really helped with my hip hop moves. But you have to practice because those moves don't happen overnight. The coat check lady was on point, the excellent men's restrooms - it was bright, clean and spacious. London House managed this event very well and this is an 8 star review. I'd love to stay here as a guest one day, I'm sure the views from the upper deck are spectacular.

Love London House, one of my favorite hotels in the city! Great rooms and food, valet parking is always a breeze as well.

We went to the roof deck in March. Now the bar is not yet open, but you can grab a drink from the bar inside and walk out to enjoy the views. We were there on a weeknight, it was empty and had plenty of seating and fires. The views were amazing! I imagine it's much busier during the summer/weekends, but if you are looking for an amazing quick (although pricey) drink on a weeknight stop by here!

First time visiting LH Rooftop. The view was amazing. My meal and drink was also amazing. Can't wait to go back

Fantastic view but too crowded. We had a table on the perimeter but people were sneaking by to take pictures..a little annoying while you're eating. Hostess was very nice and moved us from an initial table we had in the middle of the terrace. I had a vegan burger with fries, veeery good!

Fun place to hang out, great view, nice staff, and cool drinks! The only issue is that there is not enough space to sit there.

Dining: We dined at Thorn Restaurant & Lounge, located in the hotel lobby, and everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the cocktail menu did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Not So Old Fashioned -- definitely order it smoked! During our business meeting, we ordered breakfast, and I was blown away by the portion sizes. That breakfast burrito with the oven-roasted potatoes could honestly keep you full all day! Accommodations: The rooms are stunning. The décor throughout the property is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large shower provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the charming old-school Frigidaire in the room -- such a fun touch! Service: From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel even checked in with me via text throughout my stay, and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived promptly. This was my first time staying at this property, but it definitely won't be my last. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! #YelpEliteSquad

You can track it at TrackMyShuttle.com with code 2930, which is a lifesaver once you realize "every 30 minutes" can sometimes mean "whenever it feels like it" but it's nice being able to see where the shuttle is in real time on the map and I found it accurate. ** If you're at Terminal 2, head to baggage claim and out Door 2C. ** At Terminals 1 or 3, take the escalators down to terminal 2, door 2C ** And if you're at Terminal 5, brace yourself. You'll need the tram to Terminal 2 then walk outside to 2C. Walking is technically possible, but unless you've trained for a marathon, just...don't. ------------------------------------ When I landed (Friday, 10:30 PM), I waited forever for the shuttle. Eventually realized I could've just hopped on the Westin shuttle and walked over, about an 8 min walk. This is easily doable if you don't have a lot of luggage. Learn from my pain. Hampton Inn is only 10 minutes from O'Hare airport. Once I finally got there, though? Not bad at all. My King Suite was spotless, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Better than I expected. For $148 a night, it's a solid deal, especially for work travel. The complimentary breakfast (6- 10am) was actually good, real food, not the "toast and hope" situation you sometimes get at free continental breakfasts. All in all: once you survive the shuttle saga, the stay itself is clean, comfortable, and surprisingly pleasant. It's right next to the Orthopaedic Learning Center, so it's very convenient (1 min walk) if you need to attend any events there. Trust me, after a full days surgical course it's so nice to just easily walk back to your hotel hassle-free. Taco Bell and Small Cheval walking distance right across the street too!

Parking is an added cost, which is worth noting, though that's pretty standard for this area. One nice perk is the pool, which makes this a good option for families traveling with kids. The room itself was clean and functional, but the furniture felt noticeably outdated and could use a refresh. Visually, the space feels a bit behind the times even though everything worked as expected. The free airport shuttle was a major plus and ran on time, making airport access easy and stress-free. Staff interactions were smooth and efficient without any issues. Overall, this hotel leans more practical than modern or stylish. It's a good fit for short stays or airport layovers. My room had a great view of downtown Rosemont, and the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean sheets. Consistent with the quality of come to expect from Hilton, there was daily housekeeping. The conference spaces where the seminar was held, were clean, stocked with snacks, and had good acoustics. The gym, on the 10th floor, broken down into two spaces: one four cardio in the pool and the other for weights. The pool is heated and is open until 11pm. There are about 4 treadmills, and the strength section has a good mix of free weights and machines. The lobby restaurant had a good selection of Americana (think burgers & roasted chicken) as well as a really yummy green risotto and short ribs, as well as a hearty cab sab. Not having access to water during that situation was extremely stressful and uncomfortable, particularly while trying to stay focused on my academic responsibilities.
