Prior, a rock flew up and hit my hood causing a chip in the satin paint. At another place using Dodge specifications I was quoted 2733.07 for the paint scrape and 1080.30 for the hood. Morgan K. quoted me 975.00 for the paint and 550.00 for the hood -- all done in 1 day actually 4.5 hours vs. Two weeks of a car rental on top of my 3813.37, which would be what, 5000.00 ball park? As an author who writes murder mysteries I make a habit of choosing names of friends who want to be characters even when I murder them! It's all in fun so, I joke about people who piss me off to murder in my books, While I haven't had a character named "Morgan," yet, as I create my fourth novel, and since he did a fantastic job in doing exactly what was quoted to perfection, a fictional character named "Morgan" just might survive my fictional blood bath storytelling... Maybe! SomeDay Auto Scratch & Dent Repair did a dealership brand new looking job on my car and I couldn't be happier! Added with the time I saved over a two-week car rental I definitely and highly recommend SameDay Auto Scratch & Dent Repair! They saved me lots of money and they will save money for you, too! 5 STARS! And who knows, my fourth novel just may have a character named Morgan, but will he live?.. I can't say enough about the incredible work Ed and his helper did on my 1979 Ford F250 Ranger…read moreCamper Special. From the very beginning, Ed was open to my ideas and really listened to what I wanted. I brought him a Pendleton blanket to incorporate with leather for a new bench seat, giving a nod to the 70s while still keeping a luxury feel. Together they collaborated with me to design an entirely new look that exceeded my expectations. The result is simply stunning--Ed is a true artist who has perfected his craft. He had a wide variety of leathers to choose from, and I ended up going with a gorgeous Mercedes leather. The transformation is night and day compared to the old, ratty seat cover I had before. On top of that, my truck didn't even have carpet, and they custom-made a carpet that fits perfectly and pulls the whole interior together. Every detail is thoughtfully done, and the quality is second to none. If you're looking for someone who not only has the skill but also the passion to bring your vision to life, Ed (and his right-hand man, whose name I regret forgetting!) are the team to go to. I'm beyond amazed with the final result!

The car is now at another shop, where mechanics are correcting issues that Vintage Customs should have already taken care of.
