It would go to sleep and not want to wake up - like some bad party animal with a hangover. Sean verified the fan was fine, searched for corrupted things, removed unnecessary bloatware and made both my laptop and me happy again. He explained everything in language I could understand. The cost was extremely reasonable.

They said it would be easy and $300. I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then, 3 weeks ago, I call them for an update and the owner kept hanging up on me and telling me that they had to order the part. I asked him why they had not ordered the parts yet and I never got a call back from the owner. Then, I called last week to see if it was done and they said it was finishee. My husband went over there to pick it up today and he told me they never did any work on it. They claimed I said the part was too expensive. I don't know if they're mixing me up with someone else, but it also doesn't make sense to just keep someone's computer for over a month and not do any work. The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. Update: I talked on the phone with the owner again and this time he told me the part never came in. I told him that's not what he has told me. He then argued with me and then hung up on me.

I'd been contacted by Facebook reporting "unusual activity from an unknown device" on Facebook but it was indeed me posting and I told them so. Right after that I found I couldn't use passwords into several sites including Amazon, Facebook and three other sites I commonly used. I brought my iPad to Ms Yakutis and after about an hour of poking around she declared my 5th generation iPad Air just too old and Said I needed a new one as it would just continue to degrade. For this advice I paid $125. What I ended up doing was contacting the sites I was being blocked from, deleting my accounts and starting up new accounts. My iPad continues to work as it should. I don't know why my passwords didn't work but the problem was fixed by me contacting each site. I still have my ancient, decrepit iPad and it's working just fine now. I do not believe Ms Yakutis is competent to work on computers, at least she wasn't equipped to help me and I got nothing for my money. Worse yet, she chalked it up to my device being defective and had me thinking I needed to go out and buy a new one. I'm glad I didn't take her advice and went ahead contacting the sites on my own. Had she just admitted she didn't know how to fix it, didn't charge me and all I wasted was time and gas I would not be writing this negative review.

I own several properties and Matt handles all of my IT and network solutions. He has solved problems that nobody else could solve. He has made things work that everyone else said would never work. When he comes out he is efficient. He has an awesome work ethic, and he takes pride in his work. Nothing is done in a sloppy way. I have one property that is out in the hills outside of Santa Maria. I had poor satellite internet service. Matt built me an 11 mile wireless back haul, so I could access the internet. I'm now out in the middle of nowhere with unlimited high speed internet. Crazy!! If you need a work computer to run efficiently, lack full wireless coverage in your home or office, need to set up a network, want to block your kids from watching porn on the internet, work on PC or Apple products, need high speed internet outside of the city, would like wireless cameras installed, want to make sure that new printer is installed correctly, or you are tired of techs that don't know what they are doing then call Matt. Thanks Matt!

I moved to the Central coast 5 years ago, Orcutt to be precise. I've never had such bad internet reception in any of my previous locations, but when I got here, the daily frustration of unfinished work in my laptop and kids electronics lagging all the time was driving everyone crazy. My internet provider sold me their "best package" available that came with a hefty price. I just couldn't understand why after paying so much money, my connection was still so poor. I got tired of calling their tech support and all I was offered was them resetting the modem or router, I don't even know but that didn't do sh**. Well, not anymore! Matt installed (very neatly by the way) a brand new equipment. My internet is so fast that even my kids can't believe it! Oh, and the icing on the cake, he made me call my internet provider and guided me though the call to say the right things to help lower my bill , I am now paying HALF of what I was paying before! Call Matt to get your wireless internet up and running they way it should and get it fixed once and for all! Thank you Matt!!
