Dr. Mafla since the first visit has been awesome in caring, educating, and telling a joke or two. The whole staff loves to teach and are patient with you. Dr. Kreit has been treating both my husband and me for nearly a year, and our experience has been…read morenothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, he has consistently provided outstanding care and service. One thing I truly appreciate is that Dr. Kreit takes the time to explain every procedure in detail before performing any treatment. He has what I like to call "miracle hands." I've had two extractions performed by him and experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort during or after the procedures. Dr. Kreit is honest and professional when recommending additional dental work. He provides guidance when treatment is needed, but never pressures or pushes unnecessary procedures. His approach is always transparent and patient-focused. The staff is equally amazing. They are attentive, friendly, and proactive in their communication. They follow up after appointments, assist with scheduling changes when needed, and are incredibly accommodating. Their flexibility and willingness to work with patients make every visit stress-free. They also handle insurance matters directly and keep me informed of any changes or updates. Everything is clearly explained, including treatment plans and associated costs. Overall, our experience with Dr. Kreit and his team has been outstanding. In the past, I unfortunately encountered dentists who recommended unnecessary and very expensive procedures. That has never been the case with Dr. Kreit. He is transparent, honest, and thorough when discussing treatment options and costs. Thanks to his guidance and care, I have paid only a fraction of what I spent on dental work in the past. Switching to Dr. Kreit's practice has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I highly recommend Dr. Kreit and his entire office to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and caring dental professional. You will not be disappointed!
