We obviously checked all the hoses to make sure they were configured correctly. We went back to Lowe's 48 hours later to let them know the machine wasn't working correctly. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine. We spent $900 on a washing machine that is not working and Lowe's had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us out. We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. I wish Sears was still in business.
