Eurotech Maui is who we chose based on reviews and the quick response to come out and provide us an estimate. Lance's team were on site for three days. The team of three were on time every morning, communicated what they were working on and answered all questions asked. The overall professionalism was outstanding we were very impressed. During the process they were very careful with our furniture, and cabinets. At the end of the day, they properly stored equipment on our lanai for the next day. They were careful with the chemicals to insure every thing was disposed of properly. We were not sure what to expect as many companies on island are short staffed and service overall has been affected. Eurotech Maui's service was above par and we would highly recommend! AllTech Professionals is everything I was looking for in a handyman. I would highly recommend…read moreAllTech Professionals, which is a family business. They just did a renovation job on one of my rental properties in Makiki. It included reflooring, painting, and numerous repairs and they delivered more than they promised. They are honest, reasonable, communicative, reliable, accommodating, and best of all hardworking with great quality workmanship. These qualities are certainly challenging to find in a handyman these days but I am happy to recommend them. I worked with Donovan, the foreman who kept in touch with me everyday and sent me photos of their progress. He is professional and super friendly and I appreciate how he met me at the hardware store, shopped for all the materials, and I paid the hardware store. This way I'm not making a blind deposit for "materials" bearing the risk of the contractor taking the money and running. Once a contract is signed they did require 50% Deposit on the labor cost but the work was already in progress. They're also fully insured. A neighbor in the same building was so impressed with their work that they hired them on the spot to have their flooring redone as well! I found AllTech Professionals on Yelp through their "Obtain a Quote" process. I love Yelp for this feature as it has saved me so much time on managing my projects. They responded right away, showed up on time to the appointment, understood the tasks without overselling, we worked on the written agreement and purchased supplies the next day, and the job started the day after and was finished in the estimated timeframe they promised. What's not to love?! Call Donovan at (808)208-1773. He and his brother Ben did an excellent job. They have operations on Oahu and Maui. Mahalo, Donovan and AllTech Professionals. Best Vinyl is now Redmond Valleywide. We hired them to install three metal gates with locks and…read moretwo extender panels for our home. EXPERIENCE: Ordering the materials took close to 10 months. Installation was fairly quick but not without small nicks and scratches to several of the bars and posts. One of the extender panels was even missing a bar at the top yet was deemed completed. We put blue painters tape on the areas that needed attention. The workers came back to finish up other things, noticed the blue tape and attempted to fix them by applying paint that didn't even match the gate's color. The workers also didn't clean up after themselves, leaving behind shavings and debris for us to clean up. Dirt dug out for post installation was simply left in one of our empty flower pots. We did bring this to the attention of the person we were working with. He stated the scratches were a part of the installation process but it's really due to carelessness. We received a discount and they added the missing bar to the panel. The gates are solid but the locks are another issue. If the combination needs to be changed, the entire handle assembly has to be removed. The push button combination code also doesn't require a specific numerical sequence input, just the correct numbers. And, if the gate is locked, the interior handle never is, so what's the point? You can just reach over and open the gate. OVERALL: Pricey. Lengthy process. Sloppy workmanship.
