They're only open on Saturdays and Sundays and are located in Reedley, CA. We drove about 30 minutes from Fresno to try it out after my dad saw it on TikTok. There was a long line when we arrived since there's only one person taking orders. Ordering takes a bit because there's only one menu posted at the front, so you don't know what they have until you walk up to order. I 100% recommend bringing cash. When we went, they were having issues with the card reader due to poor internet connection, so people had to use Zelle or Cash App. Definitely bring cash so you don't hold up the line. Our food came out within about 10 minutes after ordering, which was great. We also tried their café de olla--it has piloncillo, so it has a different, slightly sweeter taste. They offer unlimited coffee refills, and you can even take it to-go if you don't finish it. The food was really good. The quesabirrias are HUGE. We ordered two--one for me and one for my mom--and honestly, one is big enough to share between two people. They were very tasty, and the birria had great flavor and spices. The consomé that came with it was also really good. I tried all the salsas they offer, and they were 10/10--great flavor and not overly spicy. My brother ordered the asada tacos, which were also very good. The tortillas are handmade, and there are two ladies there making them fresh from scratch. My dad ordered the menudo with maíz and pata, and it had great flavor. It tasted homemade, not canned at all. Overall, we had a great experience.
