Special shout out to Dr. Panchal and Juliana, I started out with them and they make ever experience so great that out of all places in Tampa and all giveaways etc, I'll always come back to Bella Mia. Side note: I've had other cosmetic procedures elsewhere where they've used topical anesthetics and they never really work for me. I almost passed out from microneedling somewhere else! I love Bella Mia because Dr. Panchal uses a dental block to do lip fillers and I don't feel a THING! I even have my boyfriend obsessed with self-care here! Best Med spa I've ever been to!

More importantly I was not impressed with the staff. They were not friendly and for my treatment she didn't even bother to ask how I am, if I have any questions, or bother to go over the facial itself. Not recommending to friends and family.

Disappointed, as I would have gotten the package if they had addressed the areas I really wanted. Those prices are not cheap. Let's be realistic, if you are over 60 you are NOT going to have as much use of it over a lifetime (maybe 10-14yrs) as compared to someone in their 20's (probably 40 plus years of use). They should work out difference package prices for age groups. Disappointed!

Matt was my masseur and I was very impressed with his knowledge and technical proficiency. It's not really relaxing when a massage therapist needs constant instructions on where you need the most pressure, Matt however just instinctively knew exactly which areas needed the most attention. Then he took it a step further and explained that Quadratus lumborum muscle was very tight, then he told me why it was probably bothering me, and what I could do to avoid pain in the future. This is not a fancy day spa but, who cares? It's the massage that matters!

My massage was rescheduled for 15 minutes later and when I arrived there was a girl there. I asked her if I need to sign any forms and she said no because I had done it online. She directed me into the room and I told her where my problem areas are and she began the massage. Halfway through the massage, she realized that she was massaging the wrong person and I told her that I saw my appointment had been rescheduled and assumed that they needed to change the masseuse. She went out of the room and supposedly talked with Tim and asked how he wanted to sort it out. She came back in and continued massaging me. The girl who massaged me give me an okay massage and was able to work some of the knots out however I still felt a strain in my left shoulder the next day. She seemed either unprofessional or frazzled or both and also mentioned that they don't get paid off as much from Groupon's. Mentioning that to me seemed highly unprofessional and unnecessary. After the massage it was very awkward and she did apologize for the mixup however I could tell she did not want to be there. The environment itself was not very relaxing either because I could hear the cars go by outside in the room as well as people talking outside of the door. When I left that evening there were also several stray cats wondering in the parking lot and that was not attractive. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.

It is evident in your first massage with her that she has been doing it for a long time and is a highly skilled expert. All I had to do was explain to her what ailed me and she knew just what to do. Since I have been going to her every 2-3 weeks, I no longer get headaches/migraines (they were happening almost daily!) and my arms and hands barely go numb anymore (phone-thumbs!). She has corrected a lot of issues that I had and just helps me relax. I started to see her when she was at a business less than 5 mins away from my house. When she moved to Palm Harbor - which is more like 30 mins away from my house - I was skeptical of the distance at first, and then I realized that there are no magical hands like hers anywhere else!
