This is one of the more casual spots in Rosemary Beach which is refreshing. Italian themed with lots of standard dishes. The calamari and goat cheese dip are HUGE and enough to feed at least 4 people, honestly more. They both were good! The goat cheese dip was lacking flavor and came with basically garlic bread. Simple appetizer, nothing crazy. The service was quick and our waiter was friendly. If you're looking for a casual spot in the downtown Rosemary area I'd recommend!

Good little spot to eat. I'll note, I may have been there in the midst of a format change, as it was open on an evening it was supposed to be closed and had table service. Seemed to be going well. Drinks were solid, and the food was enjoyable. Some nice looking pizzas and and some fairly typical (and I say that in a good way) Italian dishes like chicken parm (which I rather enjoyed). Pleasant overall atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. I'd be happy to pop back in when I'm back in the area.

Great place to eat right on the main "boardwalk "! This spot in The Village was a welcome respite while I tried to find my condo rental! The kind staff here helped me locate the building, it's like a labyrinth there, but once you get your bearings, you'll love all the restaurants and shops along the front and back of the community! Lola's was just what I needed! A hearty, delicious, hot breakfast of creamy grits, avocado toast with poached eggs! (I opted not to have the salmon which was on the menu)! They didn't have hot tea, only coffee, but I brought my tea bags and was graciously served hot water. I'd love it if they offered a tea selection!! I sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed watching the passersby. Inside was cozy and dim, and the restroom was well kept. I found the prices were reasonable and I'd definitely come back to Lola's for the food, the atmosphere and the friendly people!

Had dinner here, very nice space. Started off with our young but talented waiter Andrew, competent, great service, and enjoyable. I had the Arugula salad, thought it was a little dry at first but was actually perfect the only small complaint was the croutons looked and tasted store bought. Next had the chicken piccata two huge breast with a very lemony white wine sauce along with fettuccini Alfredo, which was okay but lacked a bit of flavor for my palate. All in all an enjoyable dinner!

Great service! The chicken piccata came highly recommended by our waitress and we loved it. The crab cake was also absolutely delicious

This is one of my favorite restaurants! Every time we visit Rosemary Beach, this place is on our list! Fun environment. Always busy, staff are friendly and the menu is great! Anything from pastas, to pizzas and great fish! Menu prices are very reasonable. We've been here several times and have ordered pizza, different types of pastas and we've also had their fish specials. The shrimp scampi is my favorite here! One of the best I've had! We will be coming back!

    Diavola Pizza with pepperoni

After traveling all day, we were the first to be seated when they opened for dinner at 5pm, and the staff were so kind! As we sat down Chef Tom approached and welcomed us to town! The ambiance was very relaxing and the perfect place to chill and enjoy good food! The smoked tuna dip (not pictured) was perfectly toasty and served with baguette toast. Both the Caesar salad and meat pizza were very delicious and very fresh tasting.

Delicious food. quaint, classy yet laidback atmosphere and personable service. We sat at the bar to watch a football game and Jay at the bar was so so good. Great recommendations, tasty drinks and open about his opinions on orders. Love it! Will definitely be back

    - they charge a atmosphere/entertainment fee for playing music.. like every restaurant does - they also charge a second fee (service fee)? Just dumb - something about charging $16 for 4 small pieces of garlic bread and their prices in general and adding those fees on top doesn't sit right with me - host told the group in front of us to be out by a certain time - also don't expect free refills on soda!

Service was excellent and the place was clean. The food that I had was average for the cost, close to $80 before the tip, for a salad, pizza, cocktail and a glass of wine. The cocktail was well made by the bartender. As for the food I had the Diavola Pizza that was quite delicious . It looked as if the Spicy Italian sausage, caramelized onion and Calabrian chilis were all ground up together and put on the pizza almost like a paste rather than individual components. The crust was quite good with a slight char flavor to it. The Caesar salad was very ordinary especially for a $17 dollar salad, I've had better at some of the chain restaurants out there. As of the writing of this 3/16/25 add 2-3 dollars to menu prices as stated on the website today. All and all the place was good, but for me there are better places that I feel I get a better value for my money.

What I paid for not ordering online.

Food was ok. Nothing stellar but not bad. Would rate the food a 3. However we ordered over the phone. Somehow a $22 dollar pizza and a $32 chicken parm came out to 71.86. I didn't realize my wife hadn't ordered something more expensive when I paid so I just paid and left. When I got back and saw what she ordered, we thought there was a mistake. We called the restaurant for clarity. Obviously tax is part of the difference but they let us know that my meal was $4 more expensive than what the website said and there were two different service charges. I get it - it's vacation and it's only $14 difference but this is just lousy business. We won't be back, and I'd suggest you skip as well, or at least order through Yelp.

Ordered delivery. Took over an hour and pizza was cold. Almost $200 for 3 pizzas and Cesar salad. Wasn't worth it.

What time does their dinner start?

There isn't a set dinner time. Lola's is open from 11 AM - 10 PM and except for weekend brunch, the menu doesn't change. Happy Hour is from 3-5, so I guess you could say dinner "starts" at 5:00, but it is open earlier and they serve the same… Read more

On our second visit, I tried the pizza. It was okay, but nothing to brag about. The pepperoni was sparse, the cheese thin, and the flavor bland. On top of this, it is VERY loud. The restaurant is nothing more than a bar with seating placed around it. It is a hollow shell inside, and the noise carries and reverberates throughout. They have metal chairs that scrape the concrete floors obnoxiously loudly whenever anyone moves them. Not much for the ambiance. They have tried placing tennis balls on the legs of the chairs, but most are missing, and the remaining ones are worn out. As with most restaurants today, they are pricey. I don't mind paying for a truly good meal, but I gave them two shots, and they were below par on both visits. We thought of trying their sister eatery next door, which is Mexican, but after this experience, we opted to pass.

The staff and servers are more than attentive and very knowledgeable. And usually the food is amazing- but this time it wasn't great. The scallops were undercooked and expensive for just 2. I was very excited that paella is back on the menu but was really disappointed in it. The aioli was off putting for me and the mayonnaise seemed to overpower the dish. I would love for them to bring back some of the older dishes like the sticky ribs and old paella. I'm unsure if the chef has changed again but I feel like the food is declining each time I come. Everything was highly unbalanced. We ordered the octopus, which was pretty good. The ceviche was terrible. Inedible - fish drowning in straight lime juice. I order ceviche OFTEN, and this was a huge miss for me. They need to add something sweet or creamy to balance the dish. It was way too acidic and very unpleasant, so much so that I returned ny dish after one bite. They were nice and let me order something else... I got the scallops. They were extremely bland, ironically missing any acidity. A tiny bit of lemon could have gone a long way on that dish. I didn't even eat half of it. Not worth wasting the calories. The creme brûlée was good... nothing super special, but luckily that's a tough one to mess up. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this if you have a decent to good pallet for food. The food is way overpriced and just not very good. The dishes need quite a bit of tweaking to be balanced.

Cooked perfectly and a melody of tasts coming together in every single bite. Service was attentive and the decor was spot on that vibe from Havanna. However, I looked at the wall seeing the famous mug shot of Frank Sinatra from Bergen County NJ and wondered what was that all about? So, I "searched" on AI and discovered something I didn't know before: The Havana Beach Bar & Grill draws its inspiration directly from El Floridita, a legendary bar in Havana, Cuba, famous as a hangout for Ernest Hemingway and emblematic of the city's vibrant mid-20th-century nightlife scene. This ties into a broader theme of celebrating Cuba's golden era of cocktails, cuisine, and revelry, with menu influences from Caribbean and Gulf Coast flavors that evoke that spirit. Frank Sinatra's inclusion in the decor isn't random--it's a deliberate nod to his well-documented ties to Havana during the 1940s and 1950s. He visited Cuba multiple times, performed at iconic venues like the Tropicana and Hotel Nacional, and was part of the celebrity and mob-influenced social scene there. Notably, in February 1947, Sinatra traveled to Havana for what was publicly a gala event but was actually a cover for a major mob conference attended by figures like Lucky Luciano and the Fischetti brothers; he even arrived with a suitcase of cash and entertained at the gathering. Places like Havana's Hotel Nacional still display photos of him today as a famous visitor from that pre-revolutionary period. The specific use of his 1938 Bergen County mug shot (from an arrest on outdated charges of "seduction" involving a married woman) adds a layer of edginess, fitting the restaurant's evocation of Havana's glamorous yet gritty underworld vibe during the mob's heyday in Cuba. It's an iconic image often used in vintage decor to highlight Sinatra's rebellious early persona, which aligns with the era's celebrity lore that the restaurant channels amid its otherwise Cuba-focused elements.

We went with a group of seven and everything from the atmosphere to the food made it a really fun night out. The location and vibe are fantastic -- lively but relaxed, the kind of place where you can easily settle in with friends and enjoy a good meal. We started with appetizers for the table: calamari, onion rings, and volcano shrimp. All three disappeared quickly. The calamari was really good and normally comes served over jalapeños, but since I don't eat them the kitchen kindly put them on the side for us. The onion rings were fantastic, and the volcano shrimp had a little heat (which the spice lovers at the table really liked). For dinner I had the hibachi steak over fried rice with yum-yum sauce, cooked medium. It was excellent -- tender, flavorful, and a generous portion. Others in our group ordered the same dish and loved it as well. The chicken nachos were huge (normally an appetizer but easily a full meal) with really tasty queso that had a bit of spice. The burger and flatbreads at the table also got great reviews. We also tried the chocolate dessert bomb at the end (not sure of the exact name), and it was fantastic -- chocolate mousse and cake inside a chocolate shell with whipped cream. Definitely worth sharing. The drinks were great, the service was friendly, and the whole place had a welcoming feel. One thing we really appreciated as well: they offer a military discount, which was a nice touch. We're locals and this was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last.
