This is the best bank I have ever experienced. Like some other reviewers have mentioned sometimes it just seems too good to be true. I love that they are so into rewarding their customers and go above and beyond to help in any way possible. I just did my first auto loan through Logix and it was so quick and easy. I went in to see Natalie in the loan department. She was very sweet and helpful. She knew I was on my lunch break so made sure to try to get me in and out as soon as possible. Fantastic. Chris helped me open a checking account and he answered all of the questions I had. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. As for the service and the banking experience itself, also fantastic. They have a mobile app and online banking that makes everything very intuitive and really allows you to have control over your money. A week after opening my account, Chris sent me a hand written letter wishing me a great Spring Break, an extremely nice touch. I love this place! Super friendly, extremely fast and efficient! Just got my new replacement debit card within 3 minutes. Usually I would have to wait for a week to get a new card at a "traditional" bank. They have a toy station if you must bring the kids with you, and most importantly they have bathrooms!! These guys are GREAT! I looked into Logix as an alternative to Wells Fargo (who were driving me crazy). Absolutely the BEST banking decision I've ever made. My family has two savings accounts, two checking accounts, and a money market account. We have been through the mortgage process twice, and also have a car loan. We are also heavy users of the online services. With all of that, there has never been a moment when I was not extremely pleased with my decision to bank here. This is the way banking is supposed to be. Local, reasonable and responsive. When I walk in the bank in Pasadena, they know me and say hello. That never happened in 15 years with Wells Fargo in South Pasadena. I was initially worried that a credit union would not be as convenient as a 'regular' bank, but it has been a seamless transition. Logix will have chip and pin credit cards later this year and instead of fees, I got a $100 dividend last week. How cool is that? read more

All staff are friendly, professional, and never forget to offer you that needed token for the parking lot. Hours are amazing, open till 6:00 weekdays and 4:00 on Saturdays. Ever since I switched from another bank I have never been so happy. They are super friendly and they know how to do there job super fast. I would recommend logix because I know I won't get charged a crazy amount for fees that I shouldn't be getting charged for. They are very on top of making sure you don't get fraud on credit cards, and when everything changed to the chip cards logix had sent me a new card with the chip because they wanted to make sure we were protected which is something that I love. Okay. First things first. If you have been searching for a bank who you want to trust and to know they have your back- look no further. Logix is possibly the best decision I've made in years. I'm sure all the people there are fabulous, but i have to say Chris Tucker is the man. He is the guy to ask for. I went in completely helpless. I needed so much to be done and not only did we get it done in a short time, he exceeded by helping me with so much more! I went in trying to refinance my car from BOA to Logix. It only took a short 10 days and let me tell you how amazing Chris was for staying in contact with me through email and by phone every single day until my problem was solved. I tried to open an account twice here. The first time I was told that I did not have the appropriate identification, so I got what the employee requested and returned. I was shut down the second time for not having a SSN (I'm here on a student visa with all the paperwork) despite being told the first time that a SSN was not necessary if I had the paperwork to identify me and prove I'm here legally. I'm not annoyed for not getting an account. I'm annoyed because I was told false information the first time by the exact same employee, named Chris. This is also worsened by this particular employees condescending attitude both times. The women I spoke to at the front kiosk during both visits were polite and professional, but Chris's attitude both times was frustrating. I sat down with this guy for 15 minutes the first time with my wife and explained all the paperwork we have and despite basically spelling it all out, he somehow didn't understand and took little interest. He is a unenthusiastic, barely professional, sarcastic, and put no effort into helping us. read more

I walked in this bank with my boyfriend very excited to open an account with Logix since we have heard amazing things about this credit union. But the minute the Rep helped us was awful experience Cristopher R. Tucker helped us and he had no energy, not excited to be talking to us. I had to be the one asking all the questions. When I asked what are the benefits of opening this credit union he has a very short answer. He was so serious and looked so miserable working there to a point were I had to tell my boyfriend lets go. And I am not one to write reviews but I own a business and I wouldn't want anyone working in my business with that energy and with no real answers. He had more comments to say about who we bank with than to really explain to us how this credit union works or how it can benefit us. This was a very awkward and unpleasant experience. We will be going to the Burbank location now and give Logix another chance. read more

Under Drew's leadership and guidance the team navigated the several challenges and pitfalls inherent to any mortgage lending and helped ease the process for my girlfriend and I to buy our new home. tired of giving my money away to the banks so based upon Yelp reviews I switched to Logix FCU and am I happy I did. Banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 yrs and when I went in to refinance my house they gave me a rate much higher than Logix was offering. So when I told them that I was going to switch, then they came back and offered me another rate. why did I not get the lower rate to begin with? So much for customer loyalty. So I switched and have been happier for it. read more
