The ATM issue always comes up but I feel like it's actually a PERK with Logix, you're not limited to just your credit union's ATMs--they'll even reimburse ANY ATM fees, even in pricey places like Las Vegas when the fee is outrageous. We don't pay fees!! I've also purchased a car with cash when we were outside of the range of another Logix and you can go into another credit unions branch to withdraw large amounts of cash. if your bank is part of their CO-OP network DO NOT DEPOSIT CHECKS into their atm. They use AI and I have a check in limbo thanks to this. I am out $6000 and getting slammed with late fees and piling up bills thanks to this company. What's the reason? their answer is "other" they cant tell me why they wont release my money due to a "computer error". ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am getting in debt even more thanks to the AI they use. read more

Must must stay away from this company. We financed two cars from them purchased gap insurance than got our own insurance. Three months later they called and told us our insurance was not enough and they purchased insurance on our behalf without any notice. They also raised our car payments after 4 months telling us it was due to new insurance policy. I am calling my lawyer and starting a case again them. I am furious. This is clearly a rip off. Oh and the insurance they purchased cost them 18k!! For two cars for each car for one year. I LOVE Logix, but what a mistake I made to go to the Chatsworth office instead of my usual branch at Porter Ranch. Teller looked at my $50,000 check and automatically said there will be a hold on my check without even looking at my profile. She said go to Porter Ranch. I said can you get an approval. She went to the mangers office VIRGO LOPEZ, not sure if he was on the phone for my transaction or something else but it took him about 10 min. I walked into his office and said "are you really having a hard time making a decision to not place a hold on my check" I have been an 8 year customer with multiple loans, mortgages, credit card, home equity lines, checking, savings and direct deposit. Wow....blown away being a banker at another CU I really was pleasantly surprised on the absolutely amazing service we received!!! Norma was by far the best finance person I have ever dealt with, we were sent to her while purchasing an RV from a dealer. Her service and follow up was 5 star and when she wasn't there and I needed help Virgo came in and helped no questions asked! We not only bought our new fifth wheel and got the best rate I can find (I researched) but refinanced 2 auto loans loans cut our interest rates in half and saving a ton every month plus added a warranty coverage that wasn't an option when we purchased it. In the past, I have received good customer service from Logix. However, since May 2022, I have been trying to get them to send my title (required by the state I have moved to in order to register my car). It is now September 2022. Initially, they said they didn't get the paperwork I sent them, so I faxed it to them again. Then, they said that the title that was sent to them from DMV was destroyed in the mail and they would have to order again. I finally got a title from them and took to the DMV. They refused it because the one that Logix sent to me was the one they said was destroyed in the mail. They lied to me and said it was destroyed! I have now been trying to reach out to Bertha for the past week (who was the one from the loan department I was working with) and her voicemail says she is out and for urgent matters to contact her supervisor, Liz. I have now left 4 voicemails over the past week for Liz to contact me. Her voicemail said she would return calls by the end of the next business day. It's been a week and no response! I need that 2nd title they received in order to register my car! Very, very frustrated with Logix loan Dept.!!!! read more

Plenty of parking to select from, they even have their own designated spots reserved for Logix Customers. Every time I come to this location I never have an issue with parking, regardless if it's morning, during lunch rush, or afternoon. Parking may not be a big deal to some, but to me it's what brings my business to them. If I can't get easy access to and from your business I more than likely won't be coming by. Glad I never have an issue coming here. Their ATM is 24/7 Access, I've been able to access the ATM at 6AM, and 8PM at night after they close. I haven't had to come into the location and see any tellers to this point since all my transactions are mainly deposits and withdrawals. But I've noticed the times I've visited, they have a receptionist working the front and appears to be there to welcome you and direct you into the right location depending on the business you're there for. They are always clean, which is important to me cause who wants their bank to not be up to par. Even the ATM area is always up to par. They have several locations through out the Valley, and this is my typical go-to location. When I visit other Logix locations, I hope they are as nice as this one. read more

I like Logix's intake and funding loan process but my biggest complaint is their numerous emails and false advertisement. I have received more than one email after my loan funding, very excessive. They have a promotion, if you refer a family member to fund a loan you and the other person get $50. I emailed the rep that assisted me multiple times stating I had referred a family member if it was possible to get the referral bonus, I never heard from him. When we were processing my vehicle loan and my family's vehicle he was prompt and on top of everything. After that I didn't even hear from him once. I called today only to find out, despite I referred a family member and they funded a new vehicle loan they don't qualify for the bonus, why? Because that person was a joint in one of my accounts. That doesn't make them a primary member. For a person to have their own loan they have to open a full different membership , if you ask me that's a whole new account. They claim it does but I'm not going to sit and argue. I consider that false advertising, bad customer service and just not caring. I was planning to move my accounts here but after seeing the type of service offered I'll just keep my loan for their good rate due to my great credit. I also attempted to make a payment over the phone and they charge $12! That's steep. I guess I will have to go into a branch waste my time and gas just to make a payment. read more

i had high hopes for this place, since my primary bank doesn't have a physical branch to make deposits (online banking only), and i live close by. it's nice that they greet you with coffee and lollipops, but i'm here to manage my money. i was informed that i had an excellent credit rating, and i was there to open a checking and savings account with a decently substantial check. my first disappointment came when i was told i would need to wait 4 business days for the full amount to clear, so basically i wouldn't have access to the vast majority of my deposit until next week. my current institution typically makes all funds available immediately. i decided to move forward anyway, since i liked the idea of having a physical branch close by. disappointment #2 happened when i attempted to use my brand new logix debit card and was declined. i called logix, and the representative explained that there is a $1500/day limit on debit card use, and that this can possibly be raised in the future. my primary bank does not impose such limits, and i am free to spend MY money as i see fit, in whatever denomination i choose. before someone from logix puts a comment below that this policy is in place for my security and protection, let me nip that in the bud by reminding you that this is MY hard earned money, and i am giving logix the privilege of holding it until i need access to it, not the other way around. i would further like to remind you that i have a choice of which institution i extend this privilege to, and i will be choosing to transfer MY money to another institution once the ridiculous hold is cleared next week. thanks but no thanks for the hand-holding and nursemaiding of my finances. read more
