Thanks so much to the Chatsworth branch. From beginning to end, we felt so welcomed. I have my membership with Logix for over 3 years but Made an appt with Rudolph and he was nothing but the best. Patient with my 3 girls and myself. Recommended products that we will eventually get Opened a NextGen Acc for my 19 y/oand a TeenAccount for my 14 y/o. The office was warm and felt special with refreshments offered. Overall a clean place and good atmosphere. Thanks guys!

I LOVE Logix, but what a mistake I made to go to the Chatsworth office instead of my usual branch at Porter Ranch. Teller looked at my $50,000 check and automatically said there will be a hold on my check without even looking at my profile. She said go to Porter Ranch. I said can you get an approval. She went to the mangers office VIRGO LOPEZ, not sure if he was on the phone for my transaction or something else but it took him about 10 min. I walked into his office and said "are you really having a hard time making a decision to not place a hold on my check" I have been an 8 year customer with multiple loans, mortgages, credit card, home equity lines, checking, savings and direct deposit. AND this is not my primary bank. Banks only wish all there customers like me. Anyway VIRGO LOPEZ is an idiot of an manager afraid to me make a decision as a manager and sign off on an transaction. Ruined my day, and Virgo has destroyed my love for Logix because of his poor actions. Drive to Porter Ranch. Daniel Romero took my transaction without a hold, says he knows me and apologized for the poor service from Virgo the manager and Chaquita the teller.

Best place to have gotten a personal loan. Best inter interest rates out of any Bank and Credit Union. Amado was my loan officer who helped. Great service and went beyond to help with the approval and process of the loan. Thank you everyone at this branch, felt welcomed. New life long client!

Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.
