Came here a couple days ago. I usually go to Logix in Stevenson Ranch but came to this location instead because it was closer to me that day. I had a lot of dollar coins and the guy who attended me said he can't do it for me because it's too much and handed me the paper rolls. I don't know the policies here so I was cool with it. I was struggling in the front putting my rolls together. I want to give a shout out to LUIS for coming to me and offering me help. He put my 3 rolls together and he did it so quick for me! I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I was wrong about one piece of information was corrected by the agent- they DO finance investment properties, but do not offer 30 year fixed, only 15 year and other loans which don't work for me. (the rest of my previous review stands and I do believe the service here has declined over the last several years, partially due improved quality elsewhere) I don't think most landlords would take a 15 year loan over a 30 year with only slightly higher interest rates. If you are a landlord and are serious about making money in real estate, do your calculations and find a good loan broker (just my honest, well-intentioned opinion). We financed a house here a while ago and while the rate was decent, during the pandemic we got a loan broker who found a 30 year fixed on investment properties that had a similar (though slightly higher) interest rate to what Logix was offering for a 30 year primary home! Don't settle for less- you'd be surprised what other banks will do, you just need to look around more. I'm sure Logix will respond again, but that won't change my opinion. Go elsewhere for investment properties! read more

I walked into this branch yesterday morning. Johnathan was at the reception area. I told him that I wanted to open a new savings account and two Money Market accounts. He said he had an appointment coming in but asked us to wait a minute. After several minutes, he finally came back up to the front to get my Sister and I and apologized for us waiting so long he had to get coverage for the front desk and start up the computer. Then as I am giving him my account and routing numbers for a wire transfer from my bank to this one for the Money Market Amounts he keeps insisting the numbers are not right without even trying to put them in the computer. and asks to see a picture of the check. My Father, was reading my account and routing number right off my checkbook from home as I didn't have it with me. He was unable to take a picture for me. I told Johnathan the numbers were right off my checkbook. Jonathan asked me if I was going to transfer my checking and other savings over too. And I said no. He refused to even try to put my account and routing. Number in. I decided I had enough and said I was done and got up and left. I never did open the savings account either. Never had an issues with going in to the branch to make payments, until dealing with a amateur. Ready to hear a story about something you've never heard a bank do before? This, my friends, is why you should switch to Logix. I went to this location last week to get a cashier's check in order to buy a new car. I got in a rough car accident the week before, and my car was totaled. Stephanie was helping me out with my transaction, and I explained the situation to her. She was super empathetic and kind, and wished me the best and hope everything got sorted out. I thanked her for being so sweet, and left. Yesterday, I get a package delivered to my home addressed to me from Amazon. The note attached was from Stephanie at Logix, and inside the box was a road side assistance kit with everything one could need should car trouble arise when you're driving. Her note said that hopefully I don't need this, but in case I do, now I have one. I cried. I don't know if she is the manager, or needed to get this approved by a manager, but whoever allowed this small act of kindness to happen is why this place is full of people who genuinely care. I would take your banking elsewhere, as I firmly believe that their online banking solutions are not secure. Not only does their mobile app feel unpolished and cheaply made, they have a major fundamental flaw with their security. I have had my online logix account locked more times than I can recall for false alarms. I'm not sure if Logix has had major security breaches in the past, but if they haven't, I suspect it's because they arent large enough to be targeted by sophisticated hackers. Even worse, when you call them, they ask for your password over the phone, which means logix staff members can see what your banking password is! That information should be confidential and not visible to average staff members because they could leak it, and some people use the same passwords for multiple account. read more

I have worked for financial institutions my whole life. I know the ins, out and expectations of delivering good service. My experience at Logix was by far one of the best and most genuine. Their system is very user friendly. I was able to book and modify my appointment online. I received a confirmation call the day before with the name of the person who would be helping me. Upon arriving to the branch, I was greeted warmly by David, with a warm handoff to my FSO, Jaime. Jaime was very thorough, gave concise explanations all while adding a personal touch and joking about becoming friends. He even walked me to the door when we were done! If you are looking for a hassle free, consistent and non- confusing experience to meet your financial needs, this is definitely the way to go. I would probably see if there is a way to accommodate a little more privacy because you are out in the open for all to hear your business, but nonetheless, this did not take away from a positive experience. Forget the big banks!!! Buddy of mine reffered me here to refi my car. They took my intrest rate from 9.6 to 2.9. Amazing!! So i opened up a few other accounts. The intrest im getting in my money market account compaired to what i was getting at citi is crazy. Way better!! This bank rocks very friendly, welcoming and makes you feel comfrtable. Went to Porter Ranch branch, we already made an appointment with Kaiser. when i mentioned we looked another credit union place near by and they also offered us a 66 month for this car loan he straight up told us i think you should go with them! maybe it was 5PM and they were about to close and he did not want to bother going over the loan process at that moment, we have 850 plus credit score and we know we can go to any bank to get this car loan, but the way he treated i ended up going to other one without even wasting my time and got instant approval. i am not saying this credit union is bad but sometimes this kind of action can also change the view of an organization. read more
