I highly recommend Eugenia at Logix Federal Credit Union! She helped me with a lease buyout, a…read morepersonal loan, a credit card, and also assisted with checking, savings, debit card setup, online banking, and direct deposit. She made the entire process seamless. From the moment my son and I walked into the Woodland Hills branch, we were greeted right away. The office is so welcoming, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Eugenia is knowledgeable, dependable, and so flexible with my busy schedule. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made everything stress-free. If you need help with checking, savings, loans, credit cards, or even online banking, Eugenia is the person to see. She is a true asset to Logix, and I'm so grateful she's my go-to banker. Thank you, Eugenia, for the outstanding service.

We have been banking with Logix for several years, and our past experiences have generally been…read morepositive. Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

I love this US bank. Every time I've gone to US Bank…read morethey've always been super nice and knowledgeable. I came to get a replacement debit card and their line times are so quick and they are so friendly about it. They also won 3rd place for being a company that is big on being ethical and a great place to work for its employees. A lady with blonde hair blue eyes helped me, she was very sweet

Interestingly enough this is my checking account bank this location is I believe my branch. I've…read moredone all my checking since I switched banks with US Bank and I've always gone to this location for questions use of the ATM etc. It's inside of the Ralph's supermarket but I've always considered it my bank my branch. However, I have a different personal situation why you need it to talk to somebody at the branch because I needed to know how to open up a specific type of account and what documentation was needed and is simply awesome general questions. I did bring some documents with me and they were of high importance and couldn't be left with just anybody. I did see somebody and the private office to the side and it looks like maybe they've been having a personal conversation with somebody there or what I could overhear they weren't really speaking about accounts. So I stood in line and figured I would ask the gentleman behind the window. I did explain why I was there and he mumbled something that I couldn't understand but it was to the effect that he didn't know. He then motioned that I needed to wait to talk to the person sending next to him helping another customer. That person then provided me with some very very vague information but then explained in lieu of his vague information I would need to leave My original legal documents with them to see if the account could be approved etc. I thought to myself let me understand this you didn't provide me in any information you were very very very very very vague and now with your lack of ability to know anything about my question you want me to leave legal documents originals in your possession? This was at the point I thought to myself nope time to walk out. I went to another bank not too far away and let me tell you the customer service was amazing and the thoroughness at which they were willing to immediately help me and guide me with simply amazing. Maybe these two US Bank tellers should get trained by the other bank down the street.
