Map is not accurate. This motor court is south of Logan, basically in Stollings (not far south of the Speedway). There is little to no cellphone signal in this area.
Very nice folks here. They have wi-fi internet but you have to be outdoors to use it (something about the signal not going through the brick walls of the hotel - they're working on it). Staff is also willing to let you work in their lobby if you really need internet access.
Room was better than expected with a microwave and small fridge. Rates are reasonable.
Railroad tracks just across the highway, but there weren't many trains (at least not that I heard) and, of course, the highway is 10s of feet away from rooms. Otherwise, the night was quiet.
Despite the inconvenience of not having in-room internet, I will probably make this a regular stop on my regular business route. I really like being able to park directly in front of my room and run out to the car if I've forgotten something. read more
