If more dealerships genuinely cared about the people who enter their doors and not just a sale, dealerships would carry a better name. I was using them for parts sometimes, but walking through the showroom you get hassled. Thank God for internet sales, probably won't buy parts from them anymore. They act like you wouldn't know they were a salesman if you were actually there to buy one. Beware of their hidden fees they add on, always get the out the door price. We personally we get 10-20% off MSRP with no added fees... such as doc fees. There seems to be a new guy in charge on sales, he is a complete buffoon.

Your an unethical cheat and I hope you lose your job, in fact, let me help you with that, how about losing chevrons from the dealer flag because your a cheat. I don't think the owner of the dealership will be happy, and let me send him/her a copy of this letter. Yelp is just the beginning, how about Facebook, how about motorcycle organizations. They were having a rider class at the time which was using most of the parking lot. They had chips and water for them which they offered to us. I really needed some water so I appreciated it! Sales almost always greets you when you come inside an HD Dealer. Gotta move those bikes! They were really chatty and professional and didn't try to push a sale on us really hard as they realized we were just riding through. Some places are relentless and demand your phone number and information and then send you automated texts. These guys were really chill. The motor clothes staff were very helpful as well. I always check out the clearance items. Left with some beard oil and other goodies. Great easy stop right off the highway with nice clean bathrooms. Worth stopping if you're riding in the area.

I've been slowly looking for a 2022 or newer Road Glide; I currently have a 2015 Ultra. They had a few Road Glides, and my brother asked what year a specific one was. This dealership does not have tags/stickers on its bikes. The salesman Brad, who we learned was new, said it was a 2022. My brother yelled over to me that it was a year I was looking for, so I asked how many miles it had. He said a little over 12k. As I walked over, I asked, "Are you sure it is a 2022?" He said, "Yeah," and I said I would confirm it with Jared. Jared told Brad it was a 2022; therefore, I asked how much it was. Brad said $19,989. I looked at my brother and said, "That sounds good. Can I take it for a test drive?" I took it for a nice test drive, and all went well. I said I was interested in seeing the numbers. He returned with the lowest trade-in value on my bike and the exact numbers the Road Glide was listed for. I told them you are wasting my time. I want to get to the bourbon trail. The next numbers should be your best and final, as I will leave if not. He returned, upped the trade-in value by $3200, and reduced the bike by $1200. I was happy with it and said we have a deal if they can switch some stuff out from my bike, since I'm traveling. They agreed. They pulled both bikes in the back to start swapping the agreed-upon things out. I went in and signed the paperwork. I had to charge the difference as they would not take a personal check. This was the first time I could not write a check. Another associate got on a call with my insurance company to transfer it over, and he said the Road Glide was a 2019. I said stop. I was told multiple times it was 2022, and I negotiated based on that. Yes, I should have verified and noticed it on the paperwork, but I took them at their word. They should know their inventory, and when it was confirmed, I believed it. Anyway, I canceled the deal and obtained a full refund. The salesman, Brad, apologized and even texted the next day to see how I was doing. Apparently, it was going to be his first sale. All in all, I wasted almost three hours and walked away without a bike.

Tire swap only, not a tire purchase, only remove old tires and put on new tires purchased elsewhere. (Because purchasing tires through them is about 50% higher than elsewhere - we did compare.) $240!! Outrageous! Save your hard earned $$$. Go elsewhere.

Their web site was easy to use and allowed me to reserve the unit with no problems less than 12 hours before pickup. The pricing was straightforward and transparent. The unit was clean and in top working order. The lady at the front desk and the workmen were very nice and helpful, even to the point of having rolls of quarters available to buy so that I could clean off the mud at the nearby self service car wash before returning the unit. I highly recommend getting the GPS tablet, which made it a stress-free day since I always knew where I was on the trails.
