On our way off of the trails at 5:30 we hit a rock in the trail and bent a tie rod. It wouldn't have been safe to drive several miles on the paved road so we called Steve, and he said he didn't have anyone to come pick us up at that time that we should "limp it back to the shop". I asked him to contact me before he billed for any repairs and then I get an email that I was charged almost $300 for the fix that should have been less than $100. We have rented machines at other places in WV before with excellent service. I would not go back to bluewell atv again.

My sons polaris began acting up and eventually died. I called around to other places like massey powersports and bubs cycle and nobody could help us much less wanted to take a look at the atv. Mike (i think) and his wife said to bring it up and they woild see what they could do. Had my bike fixed (despite a large backlog of work) im 2 days and it runs like a top. So glad to see some.new faces in WV that actualy care about the little guys and go the extra mile to make things happen...more than reasonable on price and ill be bringing all my ATVs here for service since they are easily half the price of my polaria dealer in TN.. Hello y'all, just an update on our experience with mountain top adventures. So our first 3 days…read morethere out of 7 our unit had no air conditioning. The air conditioning was out on the third day. The electricity went out and spoiled all of the food that we were cooking the whole time we were there. My son was making videos of the rats that were coming out from underneath the sink and going around the cabinet and eating our dog food and then whenever we left there we got an additional $300 cost and getting rid of all of the bed bugs that we got while we received while we were staying in their cabins. I have made several attempts to reach out to the company to get some kind of refund for our stay and the arrogant owner or his staff never even took the time to call us back. They laughed on our face and told us they would not give us any kind of refund and if we don't come back they don't care. Unfortunately, sometimes when you travel from Texas all the way up to like West Virginia and you don't know anybody. You don't know who to choose and we made the worst choice we could have. There are other companies out there that have amazing people and they take care of their people. I just wish we would have chosen differently. The only thing good about our experience was the young lady that cleaned and service the units. Her name was Sissy. She was an amazing and she tried to help us the best she could. But when you work for a company that's in control she had no control but she tried so. Thank you Sissy........... P.S. The only reason I gave this company a one star. She kept the pace at a level that this old broad was comfortable and safe. She gave great direction, when needed around some obstacles. She even had to use a chainsaw to cut away a tree that fell on the roadway. We really enjoyed our 4.5 hour tour and if we're ever in the area again we will definitely go there again but next time we'll try the ATV tour since Esther said it was great
