Machines were wet and dirty when we arrived which wouldn't have been a big deal but we still had a to pay $70 cleaning fee for machines that weren't clean when we took them, one of the two machines had huge cracks in the center of the windshield which also wouldn't have been a big deal but you obviously have to pay when you break something so why wasn't it fixed. On our way off of the trails at 5:30 we hit a rock in the trail and bent a tie rod. It wouldn't have been safe to drive several miles on the paved road so we called Steve, and he said he didn't have anyone to come pick us up at that time that we should "limp it back to the shop". I asked him to contact me before he billed for any repairs and then I get an email that I was charged almost $300 for the fix that should have been less than $100. We have rented machines at other places in WV before with excellent service. I would not go back to bluewell atv again. read more
