Mike (i think) and his wife said to bring it up and they woild see what they could do. Had my bike fixed (despite a large backlog of work) im 2 days and it runs like a top. So glad to see some.new faces in WV that actualy care about the little guys and go the extra mile to make things happen...more than reasonable on price and ill be bringing all my ATVs here for service since they are easily half the price of my polaria dealer in TN.. After spending the night at…read morea gas station waiting until morning when shops open, I called right upon opening and explained my problem. I was patched through to service and then put on hold while checking for a tire with parts and all the while the staff was very pleasant. They did have a tire and told me they could fit me in to get me back on the road. They even recommended a great tow guy who had a bike trailer. I had a new tire mounted and was out the door in an hour despite them having a service department full of bikes. I used that wait time to check out their large showroom of bikes and all the gear in the parts department where I did also buy a shirt. The price I paid was cheaper than I would have paid at the shop in Charleston where I normally go and faster than they are. I really was pleased and was able to get back on my way and not have my whole weekend trip ruined by a blowout. When I get my next bike, I'm planning to make the trip down to Hillbilly because being treated like a valued customer when I was little more than a random passerby really showed that this place is one that treats you well when you're really at their mercy and they could get away with being rude. I also think kindness on my part and appreciation that they could work me in without an appointment was responded to in kind by the staff. Everyone was really kind to me and the repair was incident free. I rode the rest of the weekend worry free. A+

Absolutely horrific customer service after a fairing fell off the first time the bike was taken out…read moreafter they serviced a recall. We were repeatedly cursed at and hung up on for asking them to fix their mistake and simply replace the fairing. They repeatedly stated that it's not their problem because the fairing was in place when the bike was loaded up and left their lot and told us to never call the shop again.

I purchased a new 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan voyager 1700 motorcycle from them on 2/02/2024. On…read more12/17/2025 I took the MC in for warranty repairs. It had a visible antifreeze leak between the cylinders. Also, the shift indicator on the dash was showing incorrect position of the gears and sometimes a delayed indication of what gear you were in while traveling. At times it would work find. I left the mc with them and ask to be notified when they made the repairs. On or about 12/28/2025 I called and ask for an update. I was told they had cleaned the antifreeze off the cylinders and was watching for it to return. And they hadn't test driven it yet for the shift indicator problem. On 2/17/2026 I called for an update and was told the repairs were complete, but the tech was out of town for training and wouldn't be back until the following week. He wanted to test drive the mc to make sure the repairs were fixed. I suggested that I would come up and test drive and if the repairs corrected the problem, I would bring the mc home, if not I would leave it there so the tech could follow up. I was told by the service associate Matt that he would call me right back. I received a call from M.S Lowe the other service associate that there had not been any repairs make to the mc. The tech had only done a meter readout on the shift indicator problem and confirmed with Kawasaki that the meter readings were correct. I told M.S. Lowe I would come and get the mc, I believe after TWO MONTHS it was time for me to try something different. I stopped and discussed this matter with GM Bobby Baldridge before leaving. I was hoping he would offer a positive resolution. To my surprise he showed very little interest and didn't offer to correct the problem in any fashion. My conclusion on this matter. BUYERS BEWARE; THERE IS NO INTEREST IN PROVIDING YOU WITH A CORRTION TO A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MACHINE. I BASE THIS CONCLUSION ON HOW I WAS TREATED. GOOD LUCK TO OTHER BUYERS

Rick and his team were first class. Best ATV's out there. Rick was great at communication before and after the trip and an extremely nice guy to boot. This was our first trip so a few hints. *Get your directions to WV ATV RENTALS in advance. Some GPS send you on very back roads that are hard to navigate and if you loose signal, your screwed. * Same with the trails, Map out and highlight your trip in advance. Trails are well marked but you have to know where you are going and how to get back. *Took Ricks advice and had lunch at Corner Shop in Bramwell. A trip back in time and excellent food and service.
