I'm sharing my experience with you all, not really sure how this establishment has high ratings on…read moreother platforms. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Ricardo, the owner is a thief, and liar. He will claim to have replaced your damaged parts with new ones. When in reality, they will repair the damaged parts and say they have replaced with dealership OEM parts. I went in on the weekend to gather some belongings out of my vehicle and noticed the crooked work they had done. I asked Ricardo on why he was reusing my damaged parts and he claimed that they were new. I removed my vehicle from this establishment and requested my money back. Ricardo refused to take my calls and was never at the body shop when I went to speak to him. I took my vehicle to another body shop and they confirmed that those were indeed my old parts and the job had to be redone again. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere. This guy will take advantage of you and your money.

They don't do any fancy ads or claim any special promos, and if you need a shuttle - you might have to arrange that in conjunction with school schedules and who is doing the lunch run. But if you want a trustworthy mechanic, who earns a fair and honest living for himself and his employees, but isn't driving a big fancy car and living in a McMansion, then this is your place. I'd see IM&H while driving up and down Gallatin so looked them up and popped in. Hear me know friends-believe the hype and good vibes dropped by previous sweet citizens who stopped in for their auto needs. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and depending on the crowd you can get in and out super quick. My total time in the shop had to be less than 40 minutes, and I enjoyed some friendly banter with the shop owner and a Crane Operator from AL who was getting his truck taken care of in the other bay. Fast Forward a couple of days I I heard some rattling from the undercarriage. I stopped back by and the guys took care of a heat shield that had come lose. A quick spot weld and I was on my way-no charge! These guys are great, you won't be disappointed. I recommend them fully.

Each time they kept it over a month! My truck sat at this garage for 3 out of the last 10 months! The shop is in total disarray. Poorest communication imaginable. I had to call and initiate communication every time. They never called with updates, apologies for continued delays, or notices that my truck was even ready. Please, please stay away.

My car was back in Rick's show numerous times for months at a time for the next year. I was told it was a head gasket, it was the catalytic converters and a few other things. In between visits to Rick's shop I took my car to two other transmission shops and I was told the same thing at both shops. Guess what that was.....the transmission is slipping. Rick refused to acknowledge this and refused to fix the problem. I was in a pickle as he was paid in cash. The agreement was if I paid cash I got a discount. On a $3,000+ job who would not want a discount??? I have since put a second transmission in the car from an honest transmission shop and the car is perfect now!
