I had money to spend but had never been in the store and had a single question. She was so rude that I walked away with plenty of money on the table. Horrible experience. This company has what appears to be reasonably priced attire for professionals, as well as great casual clothing. The manager at the Sooner Mall location was crass and rude. She did not show any interest in a customer who can afford what she wants but had a single question to ask. Torrid, you will probably get my money now that I am acquainted with your clothing, but I will go out of my way to never get this manager a bonus or sales even though her store is the closest to me.

Every time I've been here I've always been extremely happy with the service I've received. The girls have a watchful eye to know when to start you a dressing room, when to take the clothes off of your arm and put them in your dressing room, how to lay out the clothes you've picked in a super cute way that makes you feel like Kate Middleton trying on clothes (just a curvier version), they're always ready and willing to find another size, and they don't mind getting clothes off of the very top racks that you can't reach. I went in on Sunday and took just about half the store into my dressing room. I felt absolutely AWFUL about it, and fully intended on helping (even if I had to be sneaky about it) put the clothes I had tried on that didn't work away. But they were so chill about it, and the girl who was working in the dressing room actually seemed...happy....that I brought so many clothes back because "it gave her something to do." (She was actually legitimately cheerful about this.) That made me feel better. As always, I'm Oblivious-Ash, sorting through my clothes to pick which clothes to actually buy, and didn't realize the store had closed. (As if the music turning off wasn't enough of a clue for me? Guess not.) One of the girls came back and (in a super nice voice) said, "Ashley? How's it going for you? Do you need anything?" I told her I was good and what I was doing, and she was just like, "Okay, that's fine! Let me know if I can get you anything. And just to let you know, we closed about 20 minutes ago." Insert Oblivious-Ash massive freakout, followed by a thousand "Oh my god I'm so sorry!"'s, and frantically running out the dressing room with all my clothes, then running and grabbing a couple more items from the shelves before arriving back at the cash register. They were SO nice about it. I mean, come on. I had just taken half the store into a dressing room with me, which they were going to have to put away, and I was eating into their closing hours because, well, Oblivious-Ash. I'm a stereotypical nightmare customer. The girls there really are amazing and always have good fashion advice when asked, and the store carries a wide selection of clothes and dresses.

Upon walking in the door I was greeted with several friendly faces and asked if I need help throughout my visit. All of the clothes and shoes were lined up nicely and organized by size and color which I always love when places do this. I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. Everything was priced very reasonable I thought an overall this is a great preowned store but I would probably classify it for mainly 20-year-olds.

I wasn't greeted when entering the store. Not one smile from anyone who worked there. Not one person (there were three working and only one had a customer as there were only two customers in the entire store and I was one of them) offered to help me or ask if I needed anything. One of the women actually was standing around in my way when I tried to look at a pair of shoes and finally moved out of the way and proceeded to start coughing violently near me. Really grossed me out. She actually then left the storefront to the back of the store to finish hacking away. The woman at the counter rang me up and never once asked if I found everything I needed, was a member, wanted to sign up for a store card...NOTHING. Hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had shopping in Oklahoma. I'm ashamed to have even spent a dime in this store due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy. All of these people need to be replaced for better sales staff. I think the woman who was dealing with the one other customer in the store was the manager. She was much older and clearly in her own world while the other two proceeded to make a less than desirable experience for someone like myself. Thankfully I found what I needed but I'm afraid the heels I purchased may have been a tad larger than needed and now I'm dreading going back to this location so I will probably make a point to return them elsewhere. First off happy new year! I'm really normally not a old navy girl! It's too much stuff everywhere…read morealthough I love the gap and was told this store is comparable! had to get out today to pick up dog food! The weather in oklahoma is a cold flurry mix and if I didn't love my dog soooo much, I wouldn't left my home today! The old navy is next door to petsmart so I decided to stop. The store is practically empty with the exception of three customers and myself. The staff are working (talking to each other) and never greeted me or even turn a head in my direction. That's cool because I wan to look quickly and get out. I find a shirt and go straight to the cashier. Someone is ahead of me being rung up and another cashier is working on clothing he looks directly at me and looks down without a smile or word.. I just wait patiently for the cashier to finish with the customer ahead, she finishes I step up she turns her back and starts taking clothes out of a bottom bin and talking to the other cashier. At this point I'm still standing with items to check out and haven't been acknowledged. Oh well, I leave the clothes at the register and walk out. What's with people now a days. I'm the customer I shouldn't have to ask to spend money or be acknowledged at your business. Bad customer service. When I say I will never enter this store again, I will never ever shop here again.

If they don't have it (but they usually do) they will research and find it. They will also suggest coordinating outfits in such a way that you will have several different options. Great customer service still exists, right here! As an added bonus their clothes are very well made, fashionable and elegant. They never look like last years trend, an all to frequent problem with so many stores.
