I traveled here on military orders and had to stay the night. I was exhausted from traveling and…read morejust got the first inn I could find, which was this one. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. She said the WiFi is stronger the closer you are to the office so I got the room 2 rooms from the office. The WiFi was still bad. The parking lot wasn't lite well and reminded me of those scary motel movies. Inside it was nicer then I expected at first glance. Further inspection I could see some flaws like the bathroom being outdated and stained. Bed, pillow and sheets all felt hotel quality. Remote was missing the battery cover on the back. AC looked on the newer side. Overall it's what is to be expected in the middle of no where, where they probably don't get much visitors. The price was decent, I paid $80 for 1 night with military discount. If you are looking for something more bang for your buck, stay at the quality inn. In my opinion it's closed to hotel standards there for literally about the same price.

There was no breakfast once someone showed up.\nThere was weak coffee , not even a muffin or a roll ? The bathroom had patches of paint jobs all over it.The cooking looked moldy and saw more than a couple roaches , only one trash container in rome? Small trash bin fills up quick. Now the part. That grossed me out, the bed cover had stains on it.Some look like blood bed wasn't made up very neatly.\nLook like it was made by a ten year old. No plastic or paper cups in room . No coffee Maker in room that's very rare. Being that they offer very lito begin with. It looked interesting from the outside. The offis triangular with a glass front, overlooking McGuire Air Force base. That's the best part. I didn't come here for the view. When I arrived, a police car was dropping someone off here.Maybe it's a part time jail as well. In the back there's a lot more of the hotel two stories. I wouldn't walk back there at night.

Got here and first issue, the office manager was asleep! Took us nearly 45 minutes of calling and banging on doors to get him to wake up. Then he comes out in his BOXERS. Like EW! How unprofessional! How to mention gross! We get out room key however and drive over to it. First impression - room was BEYOND HOT AND HUMID! It was just awful. So turn on the A/C. 3 hours later, still very hot and humid in the room. But if you sit right next to the unit, you'll get cold. Unit is either way too small for the room size or the room isn't insulated properly at all. Took well over 24 hours to get it to a semi-comfortable temperature. A/C didn't turned off even once the whole time we were there. The room doesn't look bad though. Night bed sheets and comfortable. Unbelievably small flat screen on the wall. Got a nice microwave and fridge set up though. Bathroom looks to be recently remodeled too. However, as we got more comfortable in the room, we found SEVERAL issues. 1. Only got 2 pillows which were flat as pancakes. 2. Bed was hard as a ROCK and very uncomfortable. 3. Several of the plug outlets didn't work either. Not to mention the main working outlet is leaving a noticeable gap between the outlet and the wall. 4. The shower head isn't connected to the wall. 5. There's a full length mirror but you can't even use it because there's a table and chair in the way. 6. Getting fresh towels or anything is a pain because you're only allowed a max of 2 at a time. So basically every day you have to get towels and if you're getting back lye, you're kinda screwed. 7. They advertise free wifi but it requires a password which you can't seem to get or find. Over all, the motel is very disorganized and not nearly as nice as it looks. Wouldn't come back.

Around 10pm we smelled cigarette smoke again and sent a message to the owners and they stated they would look into it. They did not. Around 2am the neighbors got into a fight and made noise all evening long. I finally stepped out to ask them not to keep slamming their door and hitting their car horn, which stopped them until the next outburst. The noise went on all night long until 6:30am. We also smelled cigarette smoke off and on all night long and when we sent a message to the owner, they never responded (they are not on sight). We decided to leave due to the lack of response by the owner and to get some sleep and to get away from the cigarette smoke. The next day we asked the owner to reimburse us for the remaining nights (not the two poor night's experience we had already stayed there...we stayed and were willing to pay for those two nights) and they responded that they are not responsible for their guests (meaning the nighbors who made noise all night long and the people who were smoking in the motel) and wouldn't reimburse us for a terrible experience at their hotel. They even told AirBB we were noisy that evening. The motel has cameras so I would love for them to show us that we were noisy. We were the ones who made the complaint. Suggest no one stay here unless you want a poor night's rest and a lousy host experience...

Check in was quick and efficient. The room is great! Clean, good sized, comfy bed. They even have breakfast in the morning, which was quite the pleasant surprise! All for $105. Everything was fine until day 9, when my team leader informed me that some class members might be asked to leave. There was no prior official notice from the inn--no email, no call, no memo. I proactively went to the front desk to inquire, and they confirmed I would be required to vacate. This was the first major issue: I was on official military TDY orders with a confirmed month-long reservation, yet the inn decided to terminate my stay with almost no warning and forced me (and others) to scramble for alternative lodging mid-course. This is unacceptable for any DoD lodging facility supporting active-duty training. The second, even more frustrating issue was the complete inconsistency and poor communication from staff: - I was told to check out by 11 AM the next day, so I spent the entire night packing and urgently searching for a new place (thankfully, I found one off-base). - Other classmates received wildly different timelines: some were given 72 hours, others until Friday that week, and at least one person was told they wouldn't be evicted at all. - By the time things settled, many of us had already checked out and relocated under stress and last-minute pressure. The lack of clear, uniform communication turned an already demanding course into a logistical nightmare. We were already dealing with class stress, long days, and the need for reliable rest--only to face sudden uncertainty about where we'd sleep. This was hands-down the worst experience I've had at any Air Force inn or DoD lodging facility. The rooms themselves were adequate (typical military lodging standard), but the front desk management and eviction process were disorganized and disrespectful to service members on official orders. I hope leadership reviews this and prevents it from happening to future TDY students. Would not recommend until these communication and reservation reliability issues are fixed.

I wanted something close so I wouldn't have to drive far every morning. This place fit that bill. Just a couple minute from the front gate. The front desk wasn't the most welcoming I've ever experienced, that is true. My room was clean though. The sheets and towels had a faint smell of bleach which I like (reminds me of my mother's laundry when I was a kid). The bed and pillows were comfortable. I was worried, when I walked down the hall to my room, that the walls were too thin - the person across the hall was blaring their television - but I had zero issues sleeping and, from my perspective, it was quiet. The pool was closed. That's okay. I wouldn't have used it anyway. The small fitness room didn't have a lot in it. Zero free weights, which I would prefer but it did have a couple of treadmills, stepper, and stationary bike. There was one universal machine and a bench too. Water and clean towels, on offer. I didn't have high hopes for the continental breakfast but, to be honest, it was reminiscent of those I get at Hilton properties. Not just muffins/donuts but also yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, juice, a number of cereals. Not a 5-star restaurant but that's not what I'm looking for in a hotel. Wifi worked well. My preference is to stay on base but should there be "no room in the inn" I have no reservations about returning to this hotel.

I asked to see the room before paying. It looked dirty, but I was desperate for a place to stay. When I paid in cash, he wasn't going to give me a receipt. I had to ask! When I got to room, I discovered that it was way more dirty than I originally noticed: disgusting stains on carpet, wasn't vacuumed, desk dirty, no top sheet on bed, torn fabric on desk chair, holes in wall, hanging wires from ceiling. It was really creepy and disgusting! He told me wifi password over the phone but I couldnt understand him. He told me to go to front desk to get pword.
